With the rapid development of China’s economy, the society increased the level of demand for personnel quality and qualified requirements, the vocational and technical education which is closest and most direct type of education has become a powerful force for national rejuvenation and prosperity of the countryis the science and technology into practical productive forces of the bridge and link. Ministry of Education clearly stated:"Vocational education should vigorously work and study, school-enterprise cooperation, personnel training mode, and actively encourage school-enterprise one to form a combination of teaching with the school and enterprise in hand, vocational education model of a virtuous cycle of mutually beneficial win-win." However, the vocational colleges should be what kind of school-enterprise cooperation mode of education to better train the agriculture-related majors,has been a problem worthy of further study.This paper mainly discussed from the following aspects:The first part, ask questions, describes the development of higher vocational colleges of agriculture-related training professionals in the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, vocational colleges with school-enterprise cooperation in running schools model the need for training of agriculture-related professionals, as defined in the vocational education, higher vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation,"agriculture-related professional" four concepts, analysis of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad overview of the school system, and research status are reviewed, indicating that the study the content and ideas, a brief introduction to research methods.The second part,describes the history of Higher Vocational Education, analyzed the current situation and status of development of higher vocational education and higher vocational education school-enterprise cooperation.Third part analysis of cases, in-depth analysis of Baoding Vocational and Technical College and its overview of the agriculture-related training of professionals in the school-enterprise cooperative education mode and the specific implementation of the program, the implementation of the significance of this model, characteristics, problems, and find out the universal significanceinspiration.The fourth part, the problems encountered in the cultivation of agriculture-related professionals in the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools for the Baoding Vocational and Technical College, the countermeasures of the perfect school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education school. First, it should play the role of government legislation to protect and improve the executive functions of government; Secondly, to strengthen the school building, and improve their own strength; again, to strengthen communication between schools and enterprises, clear school-enterprise cooperation to both the rights and responsibilities; to make full use of the resources of both the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper uses the literature, comparative law, case law, survey and other research methods, on the basis of relevant research, described the background of this school system, connotation, development status and of great practical significance. Through questionnaires and depth interviews to study the case of a higher vocational colleges, the problems in the process of analysis and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects.
