The campus should be a paradise for children to learn and grow up healthily,and campus bullying has cast a shadow over it.In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of bullying on campus in China,and the level of violence has become high,and even serious incidents of bullying and death have occurred.Many schools and parents habitually regard campus bullying as "a fight between children"without giving enough attention,but in fact,school bullying is one of the campus security issues that affects bullies,bullies and onlookers and even one of the sources of juvenile delinquency.Ethics is the study of right and wrong,responsibility and obligation,and it involves our ability to make moral choices.As a "special occupation",one of the important manifestations of the particularity of profession is the ethical characteristics of its attributes.Professional ethics refers to the ethical norms that personnel engaged in a particular profession should abide by,and is committed to solving ethical conflicts and ethics issues in various professional fields.Professional ethics for teachers refers to the value and criterion that teachers should follow in the professional activities of education.This paper aims to analyze the ethical crux of campus bullying from the perspective of teachers' professional ethics,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to its ethical crux,so as to promote the construction of harmonious campus and effectively prevent and control campus bullying.Through phenomena observation and case analysis,this paper summarizes the ethical crux of campus bullying as the lack of teacher ethics role model,the distortion and rigidity of teacher-student relationship,the lack of trust and communication between teachers and parents,and the indifference of campus ethical environment.The corresponding roots of professional ethics for teachers are the lack of professionalization of teachers,the loss of principles of professional ethics for teachers,the lack of teachers'social ethics and the deviation of educational goals.Therefore,from the perspective of teachers' professional ethics,we should consider the prevention and control measures of school bullying.This paper advocates the development of the professionalization of the teacher group through the reaffirmation and practice of the teacher happiness principle,the establishment and development of teacher organizations and the efforts of schools and teachers with the power of respect and care as well as rationality and communication to regulate the moral relationship between teachers and students,to reaffirm the professional ethics for teachers for fairness and care;to uphold the professional ethical spirit,to use the specific forms such as home visits to ease the contradiction between home and school,and to realize the social ethics of teachers;" Strengthening Morality Education 'should be the fundamental task of education,through the intervention of the school and the joint efforts of teachers and students,puts emphasis on educational goals while emphasizing educational achievements and creates a harmonious campus ethical atmosphere.
