Chemistry teacher professional ethics is chemical teacher's concept of chemical science,chemical technology,ecological environment,and the judgment of the value of chemical teachers teaching activities,and a series of ethical norms that can help teachers and students develop their lives.It is the answer of what kind of person a chemistry teacher can be,that is,what's the value of a chemistry teacher's work on realizing themselves.It is one of the most fundamental problems of chemistry teaching activities.This article is divided into three parts:introduction(chapter 1),text(2-5 chapters)and conclusion.Chapter 1 compares and analyzes the concept of "ethics-ethics","professional-professional","professional ethics-professional ethics","teacher professional ethics-teacher professional ethics",and clarifies the connotation and scope of the concept.On this basis,the concept of chemistry teacher professional ethics was defined.Identify the dimensions of the problem to be studiedChapter 2,the author studies the research of predecessors,and finds that the research of predecessors is focused on the pedagogical level,which is the study of teachers' professional ethics,rather than the research of "professional ethics of subject teachers".The research on the professional ethics of chemistry teachers is more fragmented,and the research on ethical education in chemistry is not systematic.And puts forward five questions to be solved in this paper:What is the connotation and ethical system of professional ethics of chemistry teacher?What is the status quo of professional ethics development of Chinese chemistry teacher?How does a chemistry teacher make a decision when faced with ethical issues?What are the ethical misconducts of chemistry teacher in chemistry teaching?How to develop the professional ethics of chemistry teachers?The research methods and ideas are determined,and the problems 1 and 2 are solved through literature research.The questionnaire and the interview are used to solve the problems 3,4 and 5,and then the case study should put forward the professional ethics norms that the chemistry teachers should follow.Chapter 3 investigates the current situation of the professional ethics of middle school chemistry teachers,and investigates the ethical problems in the classroom teaching of middle school chemistry teachers through questionnaires.The results show that among the three parts of the professional ethics of middle school chemistry teachers,the ethical imbalance of the part of the ethics of ethics is more frequent,mainly in the relationship with the students.The ethical anomie of science and technology ethics and environmental ethics are mainly manifested in chemistry experiment teaching.The ethical status of chemistry teachers in middle school is still to be improved.Chapter 4 interview study,through the different age,different sections of secondary school chemistry teachers and subject experts interviews,the following conclusions:Chemical teacher career should be a professional,chemical teacher professional ethics should be discussed from four aspects:The teacher-student relationship in chemistry class,the humanistic value of chemistry,the scientific attribute of chemistry,the influence of chemistry on society.The principles that chemist try teachers often consider when dealing with ethical issues are:to promote students' development,not to hurt students,to maintain the image of teachers(authority),to meet the basic moral norms,chemical teachers professional ideals should be in accordance with the teacher development stage classification,the development of professional ethics Mainly rely on teachers professional organizations and teachers self-learning.In the fifth chapter,through the case analysis,this paper puts forward the professional ethics system of chemistry teachers,including the professional ideal of chemistry teachers,Chemistry teacher professional ethics principle,chemistry teacher professional ethics norms,chemistry teacher professional ethics system.The conclusion part summarizes the main contents,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.
