Recruiting teachers are the new forces in the field of education,with vigorous energy and strong plasticity,but lack of practical experience in education and teaching.Because of the heavy work task and the great responsibilities of the school,the recruiting teachers have little time to adapt.So that new teachers will encounter many problems and difficulties in the process of growth and development.What problems and difficulties the recruiting teachers will encounter;what are the urgent needs of the new teachers;what kinds of assistance and guidance should be given to the recruiting teachers by schools,education departments and old teachers the most? This paper is aimed at this series of case studies.As a graduate student,I had the honour to enter a key middle school in Liaocheng to substitute classes,to experience the life of new teachers,and to be in close contact with the two recruiting teachers around me.This paper takes the events in these natural situations as the research object,adopts various methods to collect the data,and then through the narrative research method,the collected data are sorted out and analyzed.Then it reveals the significance behind the educational events.This article first from my growth experience,introduced my teacher profession view formation process.Then according to the time development of the general order,select happened on me applying for substitute teacher,preparation for the first class,took the first lesson,collective preparation of instruction,be listened to by other teachers,to occur in the other two new teachers who participated in the training,when the teacher,his old teacher is active "master" to work sick,until I was reluctant to part with teachers and with a little regret leaving various events.By narrating the real process of these events,it reflects the recruiting teachers' problems of adapting to the environment,changing their roles,organizing the teaching and handling their relations with other teachers.The school assigned too many tasks to recruiting teachers,and the recruiting teachers were physically and mentally haggard.At the same time,the school also reflected the entrance and exit ofvocational training,collective preparation for classes,and organizing recruiting teachers to attend good open classes.Recruiting teachers take the initiative to learn from old teachers and other aspects of the growth and development of recruiting teachers to provide a strong help.Finally,according to the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the growth and development of recruiting teachers from the two aspects of recruiting teachers and schools: recruiting teachers should adapt to the environment quickly,actively adjust themselves,enrich knowledge and take the initiative to exercise their skills;Let introspection be accompanied by the growth of recruiting teachers;the school should give full humanistic care to the recruiting teachers.;the school should do a good job of continuing the recruiting teachers.
