Quanzhou is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese and the core area of the Maritime Silk Road.In nearly ten years,the comprehensive economic strength of Quanzhou city always stands first in Fujian Province.The construction of supporting facilities promotes economic development and mobilizes the enthusiasm of residents'lives and work.It's an important index to measure people's happiness.To promote“Fujian National Fitness Program(2016-2020)”s implementation,strengthening developers attention to the construction of sports facilities in residential areas,increase the investment to improve residents understanding of the rational use of community sports facilities and related laws and regulations.This paper based on Documentation method?Sampling survey?Field investigation,Questionnaire survey and Mathematical statistics,research the Evolution and trend of Sports Facilities Supporting in Quanzhou Residential District,the investment and construction of developers and residents satisfaction with the supporting facilities and the rules and connections from supporting construction,supervision to use,the conclusions as follows:1?The area,quantity and types of matching equipment are increasing every year.The amount of growth from first stage(2005-2009)to second stage(2010-2014)is 76%?65%and120%;The growth in the third stage(2015-2018)is 19%?27%?9%.2?Per capita supporting area,indoor and outdoor area of the standard rate has increased.The first stage is 23%?23%and 0%;the second stage is50%?56%and 17%;the third stage is61%?61%?28%.3?Supporting structures and layouts are optimized.In the first stage,the per capita supporting area,outdoor and indoor area are 0.28 m~2?0.27 m~2?0.01 m~2.The second stage are0.50 m~2?0.46 m~2?0.04 m~2.The third stage are 0.59 m~2?0.53 m~2?0.06 m~2.In the first stage,the proportion of residents taking physical exercise within 15 minutes increased to 68%,74%in the second stage and 83%in the third stage.However,the construction of indoor supporting facilities is still lacking,which has been lower than the national index of 0.10 m~2.4?The capital injection and management situation are improving.The total matching investment and financial allocation increased by 122%and 57%in the second stage,28%and28.9%in the third stage.The matching investment standard are more abundant,the ratio of matching investment up to the standard and not up to the standard is 1.2,3.4 and 4.3 in each stage.In terms of supporting operation management,it is more reasonable.The number of independent operation,total or partial free operation,average weekly receptions,annual income and the number of site employees keep increasing.In the second stage,it increases by 58%,58%,87%and 90%.In the third stage,it increases by 30%,28%,29%and 34%.5?The more complete the supporting facilities,the more significant the impact on developers.In the first stage,the buyer's attention to the supporting facilities,the average marketing cycle of the community,the occupancy rate and the average price of the real estate are80%,1.78 months,87%and 3000 yuan.In the second stage,it is 90%,1.78 months,88%and5,400 yuan.In the third stage,it is 98%,1.78 months,89%and 9,500 yuan.Matching standard enterprises and developers are more popular.6?Resident's satisfaction and sense of participation in supporting facilities are improved.The proportion of residents participating in physical exercise and satisfaction were 56%and 44%in the first stage,72%and 61%in the second stage,and 81%and 70%n the third stage.However,residents in Quanzhou are still less satisfied with the supporting system,and the understanding of supporting system is still at a low level.Less than 15%of the residents have a good understanding of the relevant supporting systems.
