| In the information age,teachers’ informatization teaching ability has become one of the comprehensive abilities teachers should have.Primary school teachers face the majority of primary school students in China’s basic education.Their informatization teaching ability directly affects the teaching effect,and their practical exploration can also help the theoretical development of education.After expounding the introduction and related theories,this study compiled two questionnaires based on existing research: one is the status quo of teachers’ informatization teaching ability and the other is the status quo of teacher informationization teaching ability’ training.And based on these two questionnaires,the primary school teachers in the 5 districts of the city participated in this research.Next the author used the correlation analysis and descriptive analysis methods in the SPSS software to analyze the data,and reached the following conclusions:1.The information teaching ability of primary school teachers is generally higher;2.There are differences in teachers’ informatization teaching ability in different disciplines,and mathematics teachers have higher informatization teaching ability;3.There are differences in the informatization teaching ability of teachers of different ages,and the information teaching ability of young teachers is higher;4.The academic qualifications and the teachers’ informatization teaching ability are positively correlated.The higher the academic qualifications,the stronger the teacher’s informatization teaching ability;5.In addition,there is no significant correlation between the teacher’s gender,professional title,and the region where the school is located,and the teacher’s informatization teaching ability.About teachers’ participation in informatization teaching ability’training:1.There is less training in information-based teaching ability that teachers actually participate in;2.Teachers are satisfied with the current information-based teaching ability training;3.Due to external factors,teachers are “love and hate” for informatization teaching ability training;4.Teachers hope that the training methods in the future will be more flexible,and the training content will be based on practice.In view of the above conclusions,this study proposes corresponding suggestions for improving the information teaching ability of primary school teachers from the three aspects: education management departments,schools and teachers themselves. |
