After entering the 21st century, human society has entered the information society; however, reform and development of education are faced with many challenges. Accelerating information technology and promoting modernization in education is China's educational development strategy. Information technology in education is the issue of constructing information technology environment, what's more, of application whose sticking point rest with teachers. Under the information technology environment, urging the majority of primary and secondary school teachers to upgrade their capabilities of applying modern information technology and promoting professional development is the important subject and urgent task to form a group of qualified teachers, to improve the overall quality of teachers, and further the comprehensive promotion of quality education. In primary and secondary school, teachers should to be receptive to new ideas of education, to have access to identifying, processing, handling and application to information, and to have the ability of applying modern information technology innovation in the process of teaching.To understand the application of information technology in Laiwu, and the author actualizes stratified random sampling survey research. By analyzing of the survey data obtained from several ways, the author tries to explore deep-rooted problems in applying and training of information technology, furthermore, to find out the reasons and then gives initial proposals and countermeasures.According to the above analysis, this paper probes into an effective approach to improve secondary school teachers' application of information technology and provides a basis for training for teachers of modern information technology, which upgrade teachers to apply information technology in teaching. This paper analyzes the current situation and the reasons of the application of information technology capabilities in terms of the overall level and individual differences. Firstly, the paper analyzes primary and secondary school teachers' ability of application to information technology. Secondly, from the perspective of individual differences, it analyzes this ability in different ages and different sexes. In response to these problems, learning from the advanced experience, the paper provides proposals and measures on the pre-training and on-the-job training. The paper points out that improving teachers' ability of application to information technology needs combined efforts from school leaders, education administration, schools, and teachers.Through this study, the results can provide effective references to the development of information technology education and training in our city by deep understandings of teachers' application to information technology. Besides, such educational theories as questionnaires and interviews I have been used spur me to enhance the objectivity by using modern means, which makes great changes to ideas and styles in my job. |
