| Due to the adverse effects of lag in education concept,slow economic development,and inconvenient communication,the development status of teachers' informatization teaching ability in rural teaching points is not optimistic,which also hinders the improvement of the quality of education in rural teaching points to a certain extent.The current situation of the basic education curriculum of“poor and uneven”that exists in teaching points cannot be effectively improved.The network training has the advantage of providing teachers with a platform and environment for growth across time and space.It can bring new educational concepts and methods to teachers at teaching points through the network,and effectively promote the development of information-based teaching ability and professional ability of teachers.Therefore,by organizing and carrying out a series of network training activities in Zhouqu County,Gansu Province,this study can improve the informationization teaching consciousness of teaching point teachers,cultivate informationization teaching skills,exercise the application and innovation ability of informationization teaching,and further promote the development of teachers 'personal ability and the improvement of professional ability.Through combing the network training to promote the development of teachers 'information teaching ability related literature,and through field research on the basis of understanding the current situation of the information teaching ability of teachers in Zhouqu County teaching points in Gansu Province,this paper puts forward the network training mode of "five-in-one-three-segment" to promote the improvement of teaching ability of teachers ' informationization.Through the establishment of a team of experts,the head of the audio-visual center,the teaching and research staff,the center school teachers and the teaching point teachers,the "five-in-one" network training team,as well as the experts led the fade-in,the center school teacher demonstration to the experts fade out,teaching points the teacher's self-organized three-stage network training process,with the change of teaching point teachers' information-oriented teaching awareness and attitude,improving the information-based teaching knowledge and skills of teaching point teachers,andcultivating teaching point teachers' information-based teaching application and innovation ability.Through multi-round iterations of action research,and focusing on individual teachers in teaching points,and in the process of network research practice,the research effect analysis and model revision are carried out.This paper constantly modifies and perfects the network training mode of "five-in-one-three-paragraph",and finally puts forward a more effective network training mode to promote the improvement of teachers ' informationization teaching ability in teaching points after several rounds of network training practice activities.The research results show that the "five-in-three-segment" network training model proposed in this study is effective and feasible for improving the information teaching ability of teaching teachers. |
