Teachers' professional development is essentially the process of teachers' individual professional development,the process of teachers' continuous acceptance of new knowledge and the growth of professional competence.To become a mature professional,teachers need to expand their professional connotation and improve their professional level through continuous learning and exploring process,so as to achieve the realm of professional maturity.By consulting literature and combining with the criteria of teachers' professional development in work-study schools: professional service,professional knowledge and ability,professional autonomy,professional system and professional ethics,the researcher sorted out many aspects of teachers' professional development: having a strong sense of reflection,making continuous progress in reflection,and constantly advancing;having a strong sense of scientific research,and making clear progress from teachers to educators;Teachers' professional image,training teachers' professional ability;having higher ideological quality,professional quality,psychological quality,and strong ability to deal with the challenges of future social education;laying a solid foundation in educational theory,subject specialty and cultural accomplishment;and having its own unique exploration in educational ideology,teaching system,teaching methods,teaching style,teaching effect,etc.Result,remarkable achievements in education and teaching,etc.,ultimately achieve the ideal state of "I want to develop-I want to develop-I can develop".From the perspective of "I",this study takes the researcher's "I" as the research object in accordance with the sequence of time axis and takes the qualitative research paradigm as the research object.Combining the literature method,narrative research method,in-depth interview method,case study method,observation record method and focus group method as the research methods,this study interprets the contentrequirements and methods of the professional development of teachers in work-study schools from the perspective of multiple roles.Path.Most of the materials in the paper come from the practical experience of the researcher himself.Meanwhile,the materials observed and interviewed are sorted out.It summarizes that the novice teachers in the probation period develop gradually,experience the preparation period,the adaptation period,the development period,the creation period,and gradually follow a road of professional development of teachers with the characteristics of work-study education to become versatile today.On the basis of this research,they can also be in today's era.After that,it provides experience guidance for teachers working on the work-study education front in their professional development.The structure and content of this paper are as follows:The first part is introduction.It is divided into two parts: from the perspective of researcher's personal experience,and through consulting relevant literature,it expounds the process of researcher's understanding of the pluralistic role of teacher's professional development,research significance,research ideas and the choice of research methods.The purpose is to illustrate that the researcher's understanding of the research issues is a developing process through deepening and constantly revising his own views.At the same time,the researcher takes himself as the research object,showing the concrete operation process of qualitative research and the process of interaction between the researcher and other research objects.The second part,sketch-about Shanghai PS middle school and researchers.In two chapters,the basic situation of Shanghai PS Middle School and the basic situation of the researcher "I" are briefly introduced,which makes the reader have a more specific understanding of the object of study.The third part,growth: my teacher professional development process.Based on the multiple roles,this chapter chooses the five most representative roles in the research object's "I" work experience to narrate.In the paradigm of qualitative research,narrative research,case studies,focus groups,observation records,in-depth interviews and other research methods are used.The rich and colorful material takes time as the vertical axis,and from the perspective of "I",which is both the researcher and the research object,presents the stage nature of teachers' professional development role in work-study schools.The coexistence of different roles in the same time period is the horizontal axis of this article,and forms many intersections with the vertical axis,which fully reflects the pluralistic characteristics of teachers' roles and makesteachers' roles three-dimensional and abundant.Rich.The fourth part,insist: my teacher professional development attitude.Based on diversified roles,this chapter divides the paradigm of qualitative research into two chapters to describe the roles of learners and teachers respectively.From the perspective of "I",which is both a researcher and an object of study,the rich and colorful materials take time as the vertical axis,showing the continuity of teachers' roles as learners and teachers in the professional development of teachers in work-study schools.The fifth part is the key factors to promote the professional development of my teachers.School leadership,teacher's help,clear self-orientation,optimistic attitude and high professional identity are the key factors to promote the professional development of my teachers.The sixth part,conclusions and prospects.Diversified roles are an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.This paper presents the current dilemma of teachers' professional development in work-study schools from three aspects.With the observation records in the paradigm of qualitative research,we continue to explore the problems faced by teachers in work-study schools in professional development,and explore the actual needs and development direction of teachers' professional development in work-study schools.
