In the past ten years,college students'scores on the National Physical Health test declined,and psychological problems have frequently occurred.As we all know,the positive significance of physical exercise for improving students'physical fitness,meanwhile,adherence to physical exercise also have a positive impact on students'psychological problems.Therefore,in order to better promote college students' adherence to physical exercise,at the same time,taking into account the physical and social interaction of physical exercise and In the process of exercise,this article intends to explore the effects of interpersonal disturbances and emotion regulation strategies on exercise adherence,and explore the psychological influence factors and related influence mechanisms of college students1 exercise adherence.36 randomly selected college students'exercise groups were investigated through the questionnaires which include three scales of Emotion Regulation Scale,Exercise Adherence Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Scale,and statistically analyzed,draw the following conclusions:(1)There was a significant difference in demographic characteristics of exercise adherence,interpersonal relationship disturbance and emotion regulation.In the aspect of exercise adherence,the level of the undergraduates in the study was moderately high.The condition of the male students in the test was better than that of the female students.There was no significant difference in the exercise adherence of the college students in different grades;the students in different majors showed significant differences.The difference,specifically for sports majors,is significantly higher than that of other major students.In the use of emotional regulation strategies,the undergraduates in the test tend to be more receptive to Cognitive Reappraisal strategies,and the use of Expressive Suppression strategies is lower.There was no significant difference between men and women.There was no significant difference in the use of cognitive reappraisal strategy and expression suppression strategy among different grades of undergraduates;there was less inter:personal distress in the degree of interpersonal problems.There were no significant difference in the interpersonal relationship between college students of different majors and genders.Different grades of university students experienced differences in conversational troubles,heterosexual interaction problems,and interpersonal problems.In terms of conversation,sophomore students are significantly more troubled than freshman students;sophomores clearly show more problems than freshmen and seniors,and senior students show more trouble than juniors.Obsessed;interpersonal troubles total score,sophomore significantly more than the freshman and senior there are more interpersonal problems.(2)There are significant negative effects of interpersonal relationship disturbance on exercise adherence,and in emotion regulation strategies,the frequency of use of cognitive reappraisal strategies is significantly positively correlated with exercise adherence.Expression suppression strategies use frequency tables and exercise adherence was significantly negatively correlated;interpersonal relationship disturbance was significantly negatively correlated with exercise adherence,negative predictive exercise adherence,and cognitive reappraisal strategies could positively predict exercise adherence,and expression suppression strategies The relationship between exercise adherence is more complex and it is difficult to predict exercise adherence.
