Study On The Evaluation Of University Students' Entrepreneurial Support System In Fujian Province

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that we should step up training and innovation support for innovation and entrepreneurship.University students as an important part of social innovation and entrepreneurship,but also a special entrepreneurial groups in the process of its business needs from many aspects of support.Therefore,how to build a college student entrepreneurial support system?How is the dimension of the support system?How do college students recognize the importance of existing support systems?How to evaluate the actual effect of college students on entrepreneurial support system?The above is the main content of the study.Based on the previous studies,an importance perception and effect perception scale of college students for entrepreneurial support system is designed,with consideration of the existing support policies.Through exploratory factor analysis,we found the existence of three dimensions:"government and social support","family and relative support" and"university support".At the same time,further analysis of college students under different background characteristics of the entrepreneurial support system,the importance of awareness and effectiveness of perception differences.In addition,using the IPA method and IPA comprehensive analysis based on the importance-effect perception,the author concludes the importance of the entrepreneurial support system for university students in Fujian Province-the outcome measure of effect perception.The findings show that college students have the highest demand for government and social support in the measurement of the importance of perception;college students are most desirous of obtaining funding for large-scale start-up funds in specific entrepreneurial policy support;and that the demand of less-resourced groups for obtaining entrepreneurial support is more High,mainly in the government and society,colleges and universities;family entrepreneurship more abundant resources groups are more actively seeking other ways of entrepreneurial support.In the perceptual measurement,undergraduates' evaluation of the effect of the current system of entrepreneurial support is at a medium level,the evaluation of the effect of providing entrepreneurial support at the university level is the best,the group that has greater advantages in acquiring entrepreneurial information or the ability to integrate entrepreneurial resources?There is a higher evaluation of the effect of starting a entrepreneurial support system;there is no significant difference in college students'perception of the effect at the university level among other undergraduates with different background variables.IPA matching analysis results show that there is still room for improvement in government and social support dimensions;lack of support from social venture funds or venture capital institutions;funding and policy support for university students' entrepreneurship at university level needs to be strengthened;existing entrepreneurial support system the effect of entrepreneurial support on undergraduates is not enough.Based on this,the study draws lessons from the government,colleges and universities and the community to improve the system of entrepreneurial support and policies for college students.
