College Students' Risk Propencity And Entrepreneurial Decision:the Role Of Risk Perception And Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality

Risk propensity refers to individual's attitude and behavior when they face risk.Previous studies have found that risk propensity has an impact on entrepreneurial decision,but the impact pathway between them is not yet clear.What 's more,data of empirical and theoretical studies on the two is limited.At the same time,rare studies were based on the special group of college students.Therefore,based on the study of the entrepreneurial behavior process by scholars at home and abroad,this study examines how risk propensity of undergraduates influences entrepreneurial decision from the perspective of risk perception.At the same time,the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students is used as a regulatory variable to explore its risk propensity and entrepreneurial decision.The role of the relationship.This paper adopts a cluster sampling method,takes 600 college students as the research subjects in Henan Province,investigates the students through questionnaires,and uses regression analysis,Bootstrap and other statistical methods to organize the data.Essential conclusions of the study are as follows :(1)The risk propensity,risk perception,entrepreneurial psychological quality and entrepreneurial decision of college students are significantly different in different demographic variables.(2)The risk perception of college students played a partial mediation between risk propensity and entrepreneurial decision(?=0.184,p<0.001).(3)There was a regulatory effect on the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students in the path of risk propensity and entrepreneurial decision(?=-0.113,p<0.05).This paper introduces risk perception as an intermediary,discusses the impact of risk propensity on entrepreneurial decision-making,and incorporates the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students as a regulatory variable into the research framework to explore the role of risk propensity in different individual trait differences.The study finds that undergraduates' risk perception plays a partial mediation between risk propensity and entrepreneurial decision-making.Entrepreneurial psychological quality plays a regulatory role between risk propensity and entrepreneurial decision-making.
