Vibration training is a relatively new type of training mode, make the person produces adaptive response by vibration stimulation and achieved positive effect of the treatment and training,is increasingly widely used in mass sport and fitness training.compared with the traditional resistance training,in the vibration environment can equal load on the neuromuscular system caused by deeper stimulation, also increased the exercise intensity. At home and abroad, there are few studies on the impact of vibration training on energy metabolism, especially few studies on the impact of vibration on human energy consumption at low intensity load bearing, which is not conducive to the scientific development of relevant training plans. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of vibration on low and medium intensity squat training from the perspective of energy consumption,so as to provide reference for the future scientific development of relevant training plans.Experimental methods: 10 healthy male college students with exercise experience were randomly carried out 8 times of Resistance exercise Vibration(REV)and non-vibration training(RE).Before, during and after training, oxygen uptake and heart rate were collected by gas analyzer and energy consumption was calculated.SPSS18.0 was used for statistical analysis of relevant indicators.Experimental results :(1)the oxygen uptake and energy consumption of the REV group were significantly higher than those of the RE group during and after 30 minutes of exercise, respectively 10% and 11% higher.11% and 11%.The excess oxygen consumption(EPOC)was also significantly higher than that in RE group.(2)in both vibration and non-vibration cases, with the increase of load, oxygen uptake and energy consumption change steadily, and there is no difference between the energy consumed per unit weight and the additional weight per kilogram.(3)during and 30 min after the exercise, the adjacent increasing load stage, the REV group in the load train(40%-0%)and train(80%-40%)two stages of the movement change intensity is significantly greater than the RE group.Conclusion:(1)vibration training can increase the energy consumption and excess oxygen consumption(EPOC)in low intensity training and improve the intensity of exercise.(2)The energy consumption per unit weight is the same as the energy consumption per kilogram of extra weight when weight squat training under 40% body weight is performed in vibration or non-vibration conditions.
