According to the research on energy consumption of table tennis has become mature in foreign,China's research in this area is very few.At present,the research on the energy supply situation of the athletes in different forms of table tennis training is not perfect,and the research in this field is absence.It is expected that this study can summarize the ping-pong players'energy metabolism and the law of change in different exercise intensity,enrich the theory in this regard at home and abroad.At the same time,to provide a reference for the general public and competitive sports in the training program.In this study,the object of research is table tennis backhand front circle ball,we selected 16 college students whose level is above on national level 2,8 male students and 8 female students.Using the literature,experimental method to study.Data analysis mainly uses Pearson analysis and two independent sample T test.The conclusion is:1.The maximal VO2 and maximum heart rate of college table tennis players are in the range of normal adults,and table tennis is low in physical endurance level.The energy consumption of 2 boys was greater than that of girls.The total energy supply,the oxygen supply system and the energy supply of the original phosphoric acid system have significant gender differences,and there is no significant gender difference between the glycolysis system energy supply and the blood lactic acid change speed.3,in each stage,the energy supplied by the aerobic oxidation system and the energy supplied by the glycolysis system decrease with the increase of batting number.In table tennis,aerobic system is the first largest energy supply system,followed by the phosphoric acid system,and the ratio of energy supply to glycolysis system is the least.With the increase of ball number,the ratio of energy supply to aerobic system and glycolysis system is on the rise,and the ratio of energy supply in phosphoric acid system is decreasing.The percentage of maximum heart rate increased with the increase of exercise intensity,but the overall level was low.RPE self perception exercise level was relatively low.4,there is significant difference in aerobic oxidation system and total energy in different levels of exercise under different exercise intensity.There is no gender difference in the energy supply of glycolysis system.5,for different table tennis players,each level has an average of oxygen supply per hour,and there is no significant difference in the energy supply of glycolysis system.6,the energy consumption of college table tennis players increases with the increase of height and weight.The relative value of VO2 has no influence on heat consumption.
