An Empirical Study On The Optimization And Design Of Middle School Students' PE Homework Under The Learning Platform

The research on the new form of the content and verification of PE homework and the optimization of PE classroom teaching mode are conducive to promoting students' physical health,cultivating students' physical exercise habits and comprehensively improving the overall quality and level of PE teaching in the basic education stage.This research USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,first of all,based on the sports classroom teaching and operation status of Zhengzhou,middle school students' physical education class assignments and application platform for optimization design,and select six primary schools experiment,Zhengzhou,then analysis the practice of sports operation optimization effect;On the one hand,establish a smooth channel and effective way for middle school students to complete,check and communicate physical exercise,and promote their physical fitness,interest in physical exercise,motivation and comprehensive learning ability.On the other hand,by virtue of the application and evaluation of the learning platform,it can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the optimization of middle school students' after-school sports homework and the improvement of the verification and examination system.Through investigation and experimental analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:First.establish a tripartite cooperative teaching platform with students as the main body,PE teachers as the leading role and students' parents as the auxiliary,which changes the traditional PE teaching method and evaluation method,is conducive to the supervision and guidance of students' extracurricular physical exercise,and ensures the effective time and good effect of students' participation in physical exercise.Second.optimize the implementation and supervision of sports homework,further increase the enthusiasm of students in extracurricular physical exercise,enhance students' interest in learning sports knowledge and skills,will be conducive to cultivating students to develop good habits of physical exercise and healthy lifestyle.Third.Optimize the platform construction and operation mechanism of sports operation,enrich and integrate sports teaching resources;By presenting specific and clear teaching contents,it is easier for students to establish the representation of movements.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching method,significant teaching and learning effects are obtained in terms of students' learning and mastering of sports skills.The Forth.Using the platform created by learning general to assist physical education teaching and physical education evaluation can promote the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students,make the teaching atmosphere more harmonious,improve the learning efficiency of students,and expand students' active participation experience in physical education class.The Fifth.the optimization and the scientific design middle school student physical education homework experiment,has promoted the middle school student physical health level to a certain extent,has cultivated and enhanced the student physical education study ability,is helpful for the student to develop the lifelong physical education consciousness and the custom,but has not affected the student other subjects academic record obviously.
