The rapid advancement of technology has brought about tremendous changes in the way information is disseminated.From the enduring letters,newspapers,web pages and emails on computers,to the mobile Internet and social software,the platform for information dissemination is changing.More and more micro,convenient and fast,netizens can participate in and discuss a variety of social activities more and more frequently,but the convenient and speed also brings a certain side effect.The information is becoming more and more complicated,and the form of public opinion is more diversified.The lack of literacy of the public and the media has led to frequent reversal of public opinion,which has greatly damaged the credibility of the authoritative media and brought many troubles to the social public opinion guidance work of the Chinese government.Frequent reversal of public opinion may lead to a crisis of trust and even crowd violence,which will cause harm to social stability.This thesis firstly defines and classifies the subject and object in the process of network public opinion communication,and then further explores the characteristics of their respective networks in the process of public opinion communication.Then introduce the hypothesis of weak communication,construct a weak communication model of the resurgence reversal event.The thesis selects the typical reversal event in2018 and make an accurate judgment on the subject and object in the event,by analyzing the subject and object in the event propagation process.Analyzing the relationship between the change of strength and weakness and the process of reversal,coupled with the introduction of the gear model,leads to universal conclusions.Finally,the main reasons for the frequent reversal of public opinion and the harm to society are pointed out,and put forward countermeasures on how to eliminate the resentment of the public: the media should “keep the original heart”,the individual should “weigh every word”,the government should “react quickly”.
