The concept of teaching is an important teacher of teaching practice,to a great extent,which will be affects the enthusiasm and interest of students.It can be found from the practice that the expert teachers' core concept teaching skills of physics is far better than that of the novice teachers' core concept teaching skills of physics.Through comparing the two classes,the students have a higher learning enthusiasm and initiative,and have a sharper mind,whom were taught by the expert teachers.By comparing,we can quickly learn the skills of both gap and behavioral differences,and find out the common.At last,it can explore the better path of cultivating the skills of novice.Therefore it is imperative to study them.The author visited more than 30 middle schools for his convenience during two years.In order to learn authentic materials,he went deep into the classroom,and integrated the novice teachers' work and life,to feel the lack of novice teachers.And just because of this he collected a lot of primary data and authentic materials,which provides the reality basis for building core concept teaching skills of physics elements.On this basis,we explore the index weights and evaluation skills of physics teachers core concept teaching skills,and develop the better path of optimizing core concept teaching skills of the novice.In this paper,on the basis of documents mainly carried out the following studies:The elements of construction: By synthesizing existing documents,and combining interview results,we construct the elements of core concept teaching skills:Introduction of core concepts in physics,Explain the core concepts of physics,Application of core concepts in physics,Construction of physical concept system.The comparison of skills: the novice physics teacher's teaching core concept teaching skills compared with the expert physics teacher's core concept teaching skills.There are two ways: first,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,and to analyze data by using SPSS 11.0 software,and to reach the final results;Second,To compare the gap between the two teaching cases.The formulation of strategy: According to the different skills between the novice and the expert,to develop a optimization path of physics teacher's core concept teaching skills,and we hope that,to some extent,the novice physics teachers' core concept teaching skills will can be optimized.
