"Centennial plan,education-oriented;education plan,teacher-oriented." Education and teachers are of great significance to the development of social progress.Teacher knowledge affects the quality of education and teaching,and has been widely concerned by experts and scholars.Teachers mainly work in individual units,so when studying teacher knowledge,they can get a deeper and more detailed understanding of teacher knowledge from the perspective of individuals.Teachers' individual knowledge is a key factor that affects teachers' teaching,and it is also an important basis for evaluating teachers' professional level.This study is divided into six chapters,which will study the individual knowledge of junior high school physics teachers,mainly based on the teacher 's professional development theory,constructivism education theory and Polanyi 's “personal knowledge” theory,through theoretical construction and investigation,respectively.There are three questions: what is the individual knowledge of junior middle school physics teachers,how is the status of individual knowledge of junior middle school physics novice teachers and expert teachers,and how to improve the individual knowledge of junior middle school physics teachers.Through analysis and comparison,we understand that in terms of theoretical knowledge,expert teachers have more flexibility in junior high school physics,and the general teaching knowledge of novice teachers is more complete;in practical knowledge,expert teachers pay more attention to the development of educational teaching,novice teachers Mastering teaching style is not as mature as expert teachers,expert teachers are more harmonious with parents,novice teachers are closer to students,expert teachers are more efficient and ingenious in handling teaching situations,but they are not interesting,and strategic knowledge of expert teachers The efficiency is higher,the innovation is weaker,and novice teachers criticize and reflect more frequently.Finally,based on the results of a case study of the individual knowledge status of junior middle school physics teachers,the following suggestions are proposed: First,novice teachers should strengthen the study of teaching materials,understand students,handle classroom teaching flexibly,strengthen practical training,improve teaching skills,and emphasize family education Strategies for home-school communication;second,expert teachers should continue to learn teaching theoretical knowledge,scientifically solve teaching problems,understand advanced educational technology,and add classroom interest to development strategies;third,teacher training should ensure internship quality and improve practice Ability to consolidate knowledge of physics subject and solid grasp of teaching content;Fourth,in-service teacher training should keep up with the development of the times,keep learning new knowledge,use network resources,and solid theoretical foundation.
