Objective:The maximum oxygen deficit accumulated method?MAOD method?and the phosphocreatine-lactic acid-oxygen method?PCr-La-O2 method?are the two most commonly used indirect calculation methods in calculating the energy supply in motion,but two methods are lacking.Calculations were performed simultaneously in the same experiment.This experiment explores which method is more accurate when calculating the energy supply of 1500m running by MAOD method and PCr-La-O2 method,and whether the calculation results of the two methods are significant when calculating the same motion.From the results obtained by the indicators measured in the exercise and the calculation methods of the two energy supplies,multiple linear regression is performed to obtain a new calculation equation.In the future test,the energy consumed by the motion can be obtained from the indicators obtained in the motion.Methods:Recruited 9 male athletes of 1500m from the track and field special class of Beijing Sports University.Wearing a portable gas metabolism analyzer ?Cortex Meta max 3B?at the standard track and field venue for maximum oxygen uptake,establish speed-oxygen curve test and 1500m run test.The measured indicators are:VO2 and VCO2 in the test,HR,real-time speed,blood lactate concentration before and after exercise,and VO2 in rest.All data were sorted in Excel.The total energy consumption,aerobic energy supply ratio,oxygen-free energy supply ratio,and energy consumption of the anaerobic energy supply calculated by the two calculation methods were independently tested in SPSS 25.0.P<0.05,it was statistically significant.Results:In this experiment,the maximum oxygen uptake test result was55.30±9.51?ml/min/kg?.The calculation results of MAOD method are:aerobic energy supply part is 343.37±39.91kJ,aerobic energy supply ratio is 87.74±5.1%,anaerobic energy supply is 50.31±28.03kJ,and anaerobic energy supply ratio is12.26±5.1%.The energy consumption is 393.68±61.59kJ;the calculation result of PCr-La-O2 method is:aerobic energy supply is 343.37±39.91kJ,aerobic energy supply ratio is 77.4±5.57%,and anaerobic energy supply part is 98.23±20.94kJ.The anaerobic energy supply ratio was 22.6±5.57%,and the total energy consumption was441.61±35.82 kJ.When the ratio is proportional,the calculation result of MAOD method is lower than that of PCr-La-O2 method;the correlation between the measured index and the energy consumption result in the multiple linear regression is very low..Conclusion:The MAOD method and the PCr-La-O2 method are inconsistent when calculating the energy supply of the same 1500m run.The energy consumption of 1500m run calculated by MAOD method is lower than that of PCr-La-O2 method;when calculating the aerobic energy supply ratio,the calculation result of MAOD method is higher than the calculation result of PCr-La-O2 method;it is impossible to derive which method is more accurate than the existing research methods;at this stage,only the partial indicators measured in the motion and the simple multiple linear regression cannot be used to calculate the equation for calculating the energy supply in the whole motion.
