As an important part of the physical education class, the school physical education preparatory activities are often overlooked by us.Full and effective preparation activities can enable students to enter the sports state better and faster. How to overcome the boring traditional preparation activities and fully warm up The purpose of this aerobics exercise can be solved very well. The aerobics has a novel structure, strong movements, and a gentle and lively music rhythm. It is mainly based on multi-joint movements, which can effectively open the body and make the students faster.Entering the state of motion. In this paper, the aerobics preparation activity program was designed. The experimental group was subjected to a 16-week aerobic exercise intervention teaching experiment, and the control group still adopted the traditional preparation activity mode. The relevant physical indicators of the two groups of students were tested and analyzed before and after the experiment. This is to demonstrate the scientific and practical effect of aerobics introduced into the preparatory activities of physical education. This thesis mainly uses the literature method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods, with 88 students in the second grade of Huoying Central Primary School in Changping District,Beijing as the experimental object, including 45 experimental group and 43 control group.A half-semester total of 16 weeks of aerobics intervention teaching experiments were conducted.According to the relevant indicators of the physical fitness test for the second-grade students of the national physical fitness test, and the opinions of the experts in the interview,50 m,sitting body flexion was selected.,lung capacity,one-minute skipping, closed eyes and one foot stand as indicators of the experimentaltest.Tests were conducted by professional testers before and after the experiment. The data was statistically processed and analyzed. Results: After 16 weeks of teaching experiments, after the experiment, the test scores of the two groups of students were statistically compared. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 50meters(P>0.05);There were significant differences in skipping, sitting flexion, closed eye standing and lung capacity test scores(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of teaching experiments, the test results of the relevant indicators of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. The performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in some indicators, which proved the effectiveness of the introduction of aerobics into the physical activity preparation activities.Sex and feasibility.(2)Through the practice of aerobics, the flexibility of the students in the experimental group has been greatly improved, indicating that aerobics plays an obvious role in promoting the development of students' flexible quality.(3)The effect of aerobics on the improvement of students' 50-meter performance is not obvious, indicating that aerobics does not have a positive effect on the development of students' explosive power, rapid strength and speed quality.(4)The aerobics has a positive effect on the improvement of students' balance quality. After the 16-week teaching experiment, the students in the experimental group have a significant improvement in the level of closed eyes.(5)Through the aerobics exercise, the students' endurance quality and physical coordination ability have been greatly improved, and the lung capacity and one-minute skipping scores have made significant progress.
