Investigation And Analysis Of The Children's Swimming Training Mode In Beijing

Adequate reserve talents are the cornerstone of sustainable development of sports in a country or region,improving the quality of reserve personnel training is the guarantee of healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports.Beijing is the city with the highest level and adolescents of swimming training for children in China.In recent years,the training mode of swimming for children has become more and more abundant,to further optimize the existing talent training model,it is very important to improve the quality of reserve personnel training.This study chooses three typical modes,which private school mode,swimming club mode and traditional swimming school mode,by using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,etc,through the investigation of coaches and athletes in three different training modes,understanding the current situation and characteristics of different training modes,find out the similarities and differences of the three training modes,establishing a diversified swimming training mode for children and adolescents in the new era,more excavation and cultivation of good seedlings,so as to consolidate our country's swimming reserve talent system.The study can provide theoretical reference for the reform of the training mode of reserve swimmers for children in Beijing,it is helpful to further improve the quality of swimming training for children and adolescents,at the same time,it can provide some reference for the reform of swimming training mode for children in other areas of China.Through research,the following conclusions are reached:1.From the point of view of business philosophy,Private schools pay more attention to the all-round development of students,emphasizing that the basic starting point is to stimulate and cultivate students' interest in swimming learning,tailor-made growth plans for students;Swimming clubs aim at making profits,excessive pursuit of economic benefits;Traditional swimming schools focus on excavating and training excellent swimming reserve talents for the country,promote the development and popularization of swimming in schools.2.From the management point of view,Private schools have three main modes: swimming lessons,clubs and school teams,swimming lesson is one of the core courses,tailor-made growth plans for students,the training system is good.The management mode of swimming club mode and swimming traditional school mode is relatively simple,focusing on short-term benefits,empiricism is emphasized in the formulation of training plans,it may affect the scientific degree of training plan.3.Operationally,the operation system of swimming training mode in private schools is relatively perfect,but the form is relatively single,the other two modes of operation system is more diverse.From the site situation,private school mode and traditional swimming school mode have better facilities,the facilities of the swimming club model are relatively poor,private school model and swimming club model are paid training,the traditional swimming schools are mainly funded by administrative appropriations,the problem of insufficient funds exists universally;From the situation of coaches,most Swimming Coaches in private schools are foreign teachers,teaching experience is rich,and most of them are bilingual,the coaches of swimming clubs and traditional swimming schools are mostly young and middle-aged,there are some deficiencies in teaching experience.4.From the point of view of training and competition,private schools do not excessively pursue the quantity and intensity of training,the swimming clubs(mainly school team classes)and traditional swimming schools have more training times,adhering to the "large amount of exercise,high intensity" training concept;In terms of competition,the system of swimming events in private schools and swimming clubs is relatively perfect,traditional swimming schools can participate in fewer high-level competitions every year.5.In order to further improve the swimming training mode for children and adolescents in Beijing,we should pay attention to cultivating students' interest,do a good job of long-term development planning,based on general education,integrating with special training,strengthening the guarantee of training,strengthen the construction of coaches,organize competitions at all levels,strive to form tradition.
