This paper apply the theory of customer satisfaction to the swimming training in the industry,with China customer satisfaction index(CCSI)model as the foundation,under the condition of swimming training industry,build the swimming training customer satisfaction index(SCSI)model as well as a comprehensive,scientific,complete and efficient swimming training customer satisfaction evaluation system.Using the build system of swimming training customer satisfaction,design the swimming training customer satisfaction survey scheme.To dongdan natatorium,balance,swimming,fitness,Lei Wallace fitness of Beijing city as an example of swimming training satisfaction survey of customer satisfaction,the following conclusions: 1.The customer of Beijing's swimming training evaluation is relatively high.2.The coach's professional level is higher,customer recognition.3.The weak link in the brand image and perceived value.4.Customer has high loyalty.Overall score 5.Perceived quality is very high,but the security scored lowest.6.Different institutions similar types of satisfaction with the course.7.The overall customer more recognition of personal training services.8.The influence of factors on the degree of satisfaction of students sex less significant.9.Generally the difference between children of different ages satisfaction evaluation is not big,but there is also a different age,individual index change is obvious.And put forward the improvement direction and priority to several Suggestions: priority improvement direction: 1.The brand image improvement.2.Swimming fitness club need to standardize the lifeguard.3.Large need to further improve the effect of learning.Suggestion: 1.Formulate industry standards,make swimming training industry specifications,establish a good brand image.2.According to the different classes of students,effectively improve the service.3.Carry forward the advantage,coach the advantage of resources can be further propaganda,improve the overall image.
