Poverty has always been the focus of attention throughout the country.In order to get rid of poverty and realize the all-round development of human beings,the government has continuously increased investment in education for children of poor areas and families.Although with the continuous progress of urbanization,a large number of rural labor force are flooding into cities,preferential agricultural policies,more convenient rural transportation and so on have significantly improved the poverty situation in rural areas,but there are still many poor households who can only stay in rural areas for a long time because of their lack of knowledge and technology or because of disability,because of their weak economic and social status.The situation of their children's education is worrying because of the limitation of their own quality.The research on the education of underage children of rural poor households is not only related to the long-term development of the special group itself,the growth of family economic level and the improvement of happiness,but also to the construction and development of a new harmonious countryside,and then to the smooth solution of the "three rural" problem,as well as to the smooth realization of the two"one hundred years"strategic objectives of our country.This paper takes the underage children of poor households in rural areas of Lujiang County as the research object,comprehensively interprets the policies and effects of underage children's education of poor households in rural areas of Lujiang County by means of questionnaire,in-depth interview and documentation,makes in-depth visits and surveys on underage children of poor households,understands their educational status,and explores the educational system and school in rural poverty-stricken areas.The shortcomings of school,society and family,as well as the inadequacies of poverty alleviation policy in education under the background of poverty alleviation,have systematically analyzed and studied a series of existing problems,and found out the reasons for the problems and the ways to solve them.It is hoped that this paper can provide practical suggestions for local governments in formulating educational policies for underage children in poor areas and poor households,and provide reference for national macro-educational decision-making.Through investigation,we know that there are many problems in the education of underage children of poor rural households in Lujiang County,such as government policy,family,school,society and self-awareness.In order to provide more solutions,this paper also actively draws lessons from various educational poverty alleviation measures adopted by some developed countries.In view of the measures taken by the developed countries such as the United States,Australia and the United Kingdom in the face of the education problems of poor areas and poor children,they have established a comprehensive policy system,which is supported by relevant policies and laws and involves multiple subjects,covering various fields of children's growth and development,and has a certain reference significance for solving the education problems in China.At the same time,we use comparative analysis and experience summary to extract the Enlightenment from the policies adopted by developed countries in the face of rural poor families'education.In view of the various problems existing in the education of the minor children of rural poor households in Lujiang County,according to the actual situation and combined with the experience gained from various educational poverty alleviation measures in developed countries,this paper puts forward nine specific countermeasures,namely,strengthening the development of local economy,realizing the optimal allocation of educational resources and funds,innovating the system of sharing government educational funds,and improving educational funds.Investment mode,clear use of funds;enrich poverty alleviation mode of education;improve parents' quality,improve family education quality;improve rural school infrastructure,attract and stabilize talents to participate in rural education;create a civilized,healthy and warm living environment for young people;enrich rural public resources,promote the comprehensive development of underage children of poor households;focus on psychological education and change pressure Power is the driving force to achieve self-support.
