Research On Social Work Participating In The Incubation And Cultivation Of Social Organization

With the development of today's society and the enhancement of citizen's concept,the social needs show the characteristics of diversification and complication.The government also continuously tries to change the social governance mode,introducing social organizations and other parties to participate in social governance.The government promotes the development of social organizations through the release of resources and functions.On the other hand,social organizations came into being in conformity with the times.At the same time,there is also an initial period of development.At this time,the strong dependence of social organizations on environmental resources and other resources does not adapt to their own ability to link resources.It is precisely because there are conflicting development contradictions that the existence of social organization incubators is also necessary.The incubation and cultivation of social organizations by social organization incubators in the initial stage follow the major themes of social organization evaluation,improvement of social organization capability,empowerment of social organization leaders,integration and docking of resources,and creation of social innovation space to carry out incubation and cultivation.From the main body of operation of social organization incubators,there are mainly three types:government administration promoting operation,independent operation of third-party social organizations,and government entrusting third-party organizations to operate.This article is mainly based on the author's own internship experience in Taicang chengxiang town Social Organization Service Center(hereinafter referred to as "the Center"),taking the government's commissioning of a third-party organization as an example.In terms of operation subject,the Center is operated by RE Social Work Development Research Center,a professional social work organization.During the incubation and cultivation of social organizations.From the core concept of incubation,helping others to help themselves,the case owner's self-determination,platform construction and resource network to carry out targeted incubation.According to the results of many previous studies,the author found that there are few social work professional institutions involved in the operation of social organization incubators.This paper tries to find out the adaptability and effectiveness of social work participation in social organization incubation through four aspects:the status quo and role orientation of social work participation in social organization incubation cultivation,the analysis of social organization incubation mode in Taicang City,the analysis of bottlenecks and dilemmas in social work participation in social organization incubation and cultivation,and the exploration of social work participation in social organization incubation and cultivation development paths.This article also analyzes the achievements and possibilities of professional social work institutions in charge of incubation operations from the perspectives of incubation professionalism and social organization's own capacity building through the assessment and interviews of three social organizations.At the same time,through the Yixin Yiyi public welfare venture capital project initiated by the center as the initiator during the author's internship,it replaces the former incubation public welfare fund to better support the independent operation project capability of social organizations.The author knows well that there are many difficulties,bottlenecks and challenges in the center where social work is not yet mature enough to participate in the operation of social organization incubators.Through SWOT analysis,the author sums up the strengths and weaknesses,internal and external opportunities and threats of the center at present,and tries to put forward ideas and plans for the future development path of the center.
