Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Community Public Sports Facilities In Qunli New District,Harbin

The successful convening of the 19 th CPC national congress marks the decisive period for China to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and an important period for China to enter a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From chairman MAO’s body is the capital of the revolution,the founding of the acquisition,chairman of the 19 big important talk about sports,has long been a leader for the national physical quality concerns,particularly to improve people’s physical quality,enrich the spiritual life of the masses of the people has risen to national strategy,development of mass sports has become the key of the sports enterprise in our country at present stage,community sports as an important part of mass sports as a starting point,the development of community sports facilities as the foundation to enhance the people.This paper investigated and studied the current situation of community public sports facilities in qunli new area of Harbin city,mainly including: 1.The basic situation of community sports facilities in Harbin city,including the area of community sports facilities,the comparative analysis of community sports facilities and construction standards;2.Ii.The current situation of the use of community sports facilities,including the frequency of exercise of community residents,whether the community residents use sports facilities for a long time,the intention of the community residents to choose activity sites,and the expectation of the community residents to increase the intention of sports facilities;Iii.The current situation of community sports facilities management,including the source of community sports facilities and the maintenance of community sports facilities.Meanwhile,residents’ satisfaction with community sports facilities was investigated in the form of questionnaire to understand the satisfaction degree of the users of community sports facilities.Combining the field survey results of community public sports facilities in qunli new area of Harbin with the questionnaire survey data for logical analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:1、The community public sports facilities in qunli new area of Harbin are relatively complete.The types and quantity of facilities have reached the national construction standards,and the layout is relatively reasonable.2、Public sports facilities in the community of qunli new area of Harbin are frequently used.Residents are highly motivated to participate in sports activities and have a great demand for fitness path facilities.3、The maintenance of community public sports facilities in qunli new district of Harbin is short of timeliness,with a relatively long maintenance cycle.There is no relevant maintenance institution in the community.4、Unreasonable policies on community public sports facilities in qunli new district of Harbin,and lack of guidance on the use of facilities.5、The operation mode of community public sports facilities in qunli new area of Harbin is single,lacking of profit-making facilities,and the management function of community sports is vague.Put forward the following countermeasure to this:1、Perfect law and regulation,perfect exterior policy safeguard.To formulate and increase relevant specialized community sports services and improve policies and regulations to guarantee residents’ right to participate in sports life.2、Broaden the source of funds,change the traditional mode of operation.Broaden the sources of funds at the same time transform the free consumption service mode into the appropriate paid consumption service mode.3、Strengthen public opinion surveys and correct guidance to meet the actual needs of residents4、Give full play to regional characteristics and build a distinctive longjiang community.Community to inject ice and snow elements,give full play to the advantages of the park,the park as a link between the strengthening of community ties.
