Researh On School-enterprise Cooperation Model Of Badminton Team In Harbin University

Since the implementation of the National Fitness Regulations,health has become a major concern of the general public,and fitness has become an element of life of the people.Compared with outdoor sports,most people prefer indoor fitness.Badminton,as one of indoor fitness exercises,is loved by people of all ages.Proficient in badminton technology is an important part of fitness,which has a certain impact on the fitness effect.At present,the demand for badminton technicians is increasing.Fitness clubs need a large number of badminton talents.Some enterprises need a large number of badminton talents in order to improve the physical fitness of employees and increase corporate culture propaganda.As an important place for training excellent badminton talents,sports colleges and universities have certain advantages in training badminton talents needed by the society.University badminton team cooperation between school and enterprise is mutually beneficial to both sides.But make college badminton team students work hard to improve their badminton skills;can make students more aware of the needs of enterprises for students in sports colleges;more can drive the development and popularization of school badminton.On the other hand,enterprises can better publicize corporate culture and achieve advertising effect.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of University Badminton Team school-enterprise cooperation,finds out the problems existing in University Badminton Team school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward solutions to the problems.The results show that:1.Harbin College badminton team school-enterprise cooperation model meets the basic needs of schools,enterprises and team players,and has a good development prospects.This model is feasible.2.In the school-enterprise cooperation mode of Harbin College badminton team,the comprehensive quality of athletes of Harbin College badminton team is general,the team management is loose,and the phenomenon of brain drain is easy to occur.3.In the school-enterprise cooperation mode of Harbin College badminton team,the enterprise's concentration is insufficient,which can only meet the basic needs of the badminton players of Harbin College,and more efforts are needed to promote the further development of the school-enterprise cooperation mode.4.Harbin College badminton team school-enterprise cooperation mode is developing well at present,but both sides need to solve the current problems according to the cooperation objectives and cooperation needs,so as to make both sides win-win situation in the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
