Anticipation is a process in which people use the existing information to predict the upcoming events. In the field of sports, anticipation ability refers to the ability of athletes to constantly search for the changing information of opponents and the environment, and then constantly update expectations,so as to predict the intention or action of opponents in the next step to the greatest extent[1],which is mainly reflected by the expected reaction time and accuracy.Good sports anticipation ability is very important in sports, especially in sports that require decision-making and judgment in a short time(such as badminton, tennis and football). In badminton, the choice response time of athletes is about 486.4(±99.95)milliseconds,and the flight time in the field after the ball leaves the racket is no more than 413.33(±50.74)milliseconds[2].Under the pressure of this short time,Athletes need to be able to predict the action of the batter quickly and accurately through the opponent’s body and racket information. At present, the research on the expected ability mainly focuses on the comparison of the expected response time and accuracy of different levels of people under no-load state and the analysis of EEG characteristics in the expected process. However, the state of athletes on the court is not invariable. They need to change frequently under different competition intensities and bear different sports loads. However,at present, the research on the expected ability of badminton athletes under different loads is still in progress,The stimulation mode of load is mostly power bicycle, and the selection of cognitive tasks is mostly general selection tasks, which is lack of research combined with practical projects. Moreover, most of the subjects are at the same exercise level, and it is unclear whether the expected performance of different exercise levels under load is the same.Purpose:Through the expected reaction time and accuracy rate of badminton hitting and landing point judgment after the subjects reach different exercise intensity through special footwork practice,we can measure the impact of different exercise intensity on the expected ability of badminton players at different levels. At the same time,we can compare whether different footwork running frequency will have an impact on the expected results. Methods:This paper takes the methods of literature, test and mathematical statistics as the research methods.Using the expert novice research paradigm,a total of 24 students from Shanghai Institute of physical education are selected and divided into two groups.Among them,12 badminton players in the expert group are badminton players with badminton grade II and above and training years of six years and above(referred to as the special group in this paper),and 12 students in the novice group are elective students with elective years of one semester and no sports grade. The experimental procedure was e-prime2 0 software, which uses polar heart rate to monitor the changes of athletes’heart rate. After the subjects reach the corresponding exercise intensity through badminton special footwork practice at different frequencies, they can predict the badminton landing point by watching the badminton hitting picture. The computer will automatically record the reaction time and accuracy in the prediction process,so as to explore the impact of different exercise intensity on the expected ability of badminton athletes.Data analysis:Through spss20 0 software used one-way ANOVA and repeated measurement ANOVA to process the data for the changes of accuracy and reaction time of athletes in the same group under different loads, the comparison of reaction time and accuracy of athletes in different groups under the same load, and the comparison of reaction time and accuracy under two frequency load stimuli.Results:(1)The comparison of reaction time in the athlete group found that the reaction time of the athletes in the no-load state was the longest, and the reaction time was significantly shorter after applying the load, and there was a significant difference compared with the reaction time in the no-load state(P<0.05).The reaction time of the special group was the fastest in the medium load, the novice group was the fastest in the large load, and the reaction time under the load caused by high-frequency footwork was faster than that under the low-frequency,but there was no significant difference.(2)The comparison of accuracy rate in the athlete group showed that the accuracy rate changed in an inverted U shape after applying load, the accuracy rate was the highest under medium load, the accuracy rate in the special group was the lowest under no load, and the accuracy rate increased after applying load, which was significantly different from that under no load(P<0.05).The accuracy rate in the new hand group was the lowest under heavy load, and the accuracy rate fluctuated little under load; There is no significant difference in the comparison of the accuracy rate under the running frequency of the two footwork steps(3)the comparison of the reaction time between the athlete groups shows that there is no significant difference between the level athletes of the two groups in the simple reaction time.In combination with the complex reaction time of the special task, the expected reaction time of the novice group is faster than that of the special group in all States, but there is no statistical difference(4)the comparison of the accuracy rate between the athlete groups shows that,The expected accuracy of athletes in the special group under load and no load is significantly higher than that in the novice group, and there is a very significant differenceConclusion:(1)The middle and low exercise intensity has a positive impact on the expected ability of college badminton players, which is manifested in the shortening of reaction time and the improvement of accuracy(2)High exercise intensity has a negative impact on the expected ability of College Students’special badminton athletes, which is manifested in the increase of reaction time and the decrease of accuracy rate, and the decrease of accuracy rate of novice athletes at high exercise intensity, but the reaction time continues to shorten.(3)There is no significant difference in the comparison of simple reaction time between the two level groups, but in the reaction time of special tasks, the reaction time of special college badminton athletes is longer than that of novice athletes under load and no load, but the accuracy is significantly higher.(4)Under the load caused by special footwork running of two frequencies, the expected response time after high-frequency directional change running is faster than that of low-frequency,and the accuracy has no significant effect.
