| In recent years, the campus football reform in the central work document has repeatedly been mentioned; the attention of the work of the campus football has reached an unprecedented height. Wuhan City is one of the AFC footballVision cities, its effectiveness of carrying out campus football are early well-known in the whole country, such as Wansong Park Elementary School and the exhibition hall elementary school,they have developedmany members for the national team. And the author chooses Hongshan District as the survey area to investigate; its basis lies in thatHongshan District Campus football startes late.In order to accelerate the development of Hongshan District Campus football, this passage will put both the prominentadvantages of Hongshan District in education and its development of campus football in the area into thinkingin order to provide references for the Hongshan District Campus football.Based on thesurvey of 42 sports teachersof 8 Hongshan District Football pilot schools,120 primary school studentsin Hongshan District and 60 parents, using mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey, literature review and expert interview, through the SPSS21.0 of the questionnaire, the data were analyzed by the method of variance analysis and correlation analysis.This paper investigates and studies indicate the factors that restrict the development of campus football in Hongshan area:1. there are significant differences between different sports teachers; The special skill and teaching training level of the physical education teachers should be improved; the number of special sports teachers in football is not enough; the opportunities ofprimary school physical education teachers to participate in football training and learning are less; their problemsand doubts in teaching and trainingcannot be resolved timely.2) there are some contradictions in physical education of primary school in football teaching and training; football teachingjust cultivates the students’ interest, and the training isprepared for selecting reservetalents, so the coaches’ requirements in the teaching and training are different. This is a contradictory community.3) The financial investment needs to be improved 4) theunderstanding of parents to the sports and the soccer is more traditional. Parents’ attitudes also play a role in the development of campus football.Through the survey results, combined with the advantages of Hongshan District, the following countermeasures are proposed:1) Achieve the combination of college teachers and football pilot schools, combining each college guidance teacher and one of the schools. As the school’s long-term subject guidance and leaders, they provide the conditions for the campus football in the school science development. The strong strength of Football pilot school’s teachers resourcein Hongshan District, can provide training opportunity, and itcan create good football teaching and training platform.2) Realizethe combination of college students practice point and football pilot school, combining the Hongshan District college students practice and Hongshan District Football pilot school.Let more young teachers and college graduates go to the education front.3)achieve the abutment of college classroom and campus football. Relying on the advantages of Hongshan District that colleges and universities are enough,we can achieve the combination of college classroom teaching and football in the classroom4) Achieve the abutment of training content and time and scientific research.
