Harbin City Residents Sports Public Service To Participate In The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

With the development of market economy in China, the transformationof government functions, public sports service in China is graduallymature and perfect. Research on sports public services mainly in thecurrent development, supply mode, equalization, system construction.However, residents in the public service of sports participation and fewpeople study. This paper focuses on the public service of sportsparticipation of residents, to fill the gaps in this research field.Themain framework of this thesis consists of four parts: firstly, relevanttheories of residents sports public service participation are described,mainly expounds the new public theory, public service theory and communityparticipation theory; secondly, the residents’ sports public service inHarbin city and a description of the status quo, a comprehensiveunderstanding of residents willingness to participate, participation way,participate in the field, such as the level of participation content;thirdly, analysis and summary of the residents of Harbin city sportspublic service participation factors influencing the rate low, includingthe following aspects: the rule of law, institutional factors, economicfactors and psychological factors; finally, strategy focuses on raisingresidents sports public service participation. Hope that through thesemeasures can improve residents’ sports public service participation levelto a certain extent. Countermeasures include the following points:Residents in improving laws and regulations, improve the institutionalmechanisms, the participation of positive publicity, explore diversifiedchannels of participation, the participation of the residents abilitytraining, sports information, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of theresidents to participate in the.
