Based on the practice of the author’s own work experience,the paper puts forward some effective strategies for the actual situation of secondary vocational schools and overall planning of moral education,by analyzing the relevant theories and practice of campus culture and moral education,and drawing on the existing and representative achievements,which is suitable for the development of secondary vocational students.From three dimensions of what,why and how,the paper analyzes the relationship between campus culture and moral education,by using questionnaires,literature analysis,study case and other means.Furthermore,the paper finds out the problems of current practice:paying attention to hardware facilities,while ignoring the connotation of mining’emphasising on system management,while ignoring education and guidance;paying attention to the form of activities,while ignoring the cultural influence;paying attention to school activities,while neglecting outside school practice.From three levels of school,students and family,the article analyzes the existence of the problem,and puts forward the ways of enhancing the implementation of moral education based on campus culture,through multi-level campu s activities and systematic promotion,implement and improvement to its results,that is the campus culture is onductive to the establishment of moral education evaluation system;campus culture is conductive to the realization of moral education evaluation team diversification.
