| The core theme of this paper is to explain the connotation of secondary vocational school culture,deepen the understanding of the essence of campus culture from an objective point of view,and on this basis,in view of the problems and shortcomings in construction of secondary vocational school,make some constructive comments.First,secondary vocational school student is an independent individual,but also a special group.They have unique intellectual pursuits and cultural pursuits.Nowadays,many experts are analyzing campus culture,they regard campus culture as the cultivation of students’ cultural quality and moral education.It is an effective means and tool for strengthening this management,but there is a certain deviation in its understanding.The campus culture of the secondary vocational school should be the accumulation of the spirit of the vocational school in the long-term development process.This spirit is the spiritual state and cultural pursuit of all the people(including teachers and students).It makes the campus culture of the secondary vocational school not only adapt to the social culture,but also create a new culture and guide the social culture.This study has been thoroughly analyzed,it defines the features and characteristics of the campus culture.It clarifies and points out the problems and reasons existing in its construction and puts forward some solutions.This thesis has adopt literature data method,interview and questionnaire survey,to review the current campus culture construction from an era of campus culture.It is found that there are misunderstandings,errors in location and function,and mistakes in construction approaches.Vocational school campus culture construction bases on moral education,focusing on educating people and occupational ethics education.It’s to arm students with scientific theory,guide students with correct public opinion,and shape students with noble spirit.The practice has proved that the strengthening of moral education is to guarantee the orderly progress of education and teaching.The goal is to reinforce it and then use campus culture to internalize it.Therefore,only by combining the school’s moral education management with the concept of humanistic care can the campus cultural connotation be endowed and become the dominant resource of the school.In the end of this essay,it suggests the possible direction of campus culture:(1)change the concept of campus culture construction:from the "second class" to the promotion of the cultural state.(2)build campus spirit to call for campus culture:restore and promote the spirit of vocational school as the main purpose.(3)expand the scope of campus culture construction:from the student life culture to the spiritual pursuit. |
