Sports insurance is an important part of the sports industry,China's sports industry and sports cause develop rapidly,sports insurance is significant to prevent sports risk,undertaking the important mission of escorting China's sports industry and cause.School sports insurance is a branch of sports insurance.Under the background of national fitness and sunshine sports project,school sports insurance plays an increasingly important and urgent role in preventing sports risks for teenagers.At present,China's school sports insurance is still in the studying of its necessity,the situation and countermeasures,the status quo of foreign development and other aspects,lagging behind the developed countries,only by learning from the successful experience of developed countries,can we better establish and promote our school sports insurance system.At present,China's school sports activities are fiery,especially in this situation,the establishment of a sound school sports insurance system is imperative.Japan and China both belong to the east Asian cultural circle,the same Continental law system,and the same yellow race.The physical development rules of teenagers are similar.The social culture and education model have many similar characteristics.Based on the study of Japanese school sports insurance by scholars,this paper emphatically analyzes the development history,legal basis,insurance type design,operation and management mode of Japanese school sports insurance,and tries to draw its internal system logic and management philosophy,as well as its evolution history in social development.This paper mainly adopts data retrieval method,document analysis method,comparative analysis method and logical analysis method.This paper divides the legal basis of Japanese sports insurance into three categories: general law,school law and sports law,and systematically analyzes the relevant laws of Japan in dealing with school sports injury accidents and insurancecompensation.On this basis,the design of six kinds of school sports insurance and the main three characteristics of operation management in Japan are analyzed.And the management of the school sports insurance system,the fields of school sports insurance,school sports insurance object,insurance variety has carried on the comparative study,found that the school sports insurance in China and Japan in the above exists a certain gap,with reference to the Japanese school sports insurance system of our country to build school sports insurance system suited to the condition of countermeasures are put forward.
