The "National Fitness Program(2016-2020)" promulgated in June 2016 puts forward that "national fitness is an important way and means to achieve universal health and is the basic guarantee for all people to enhance their physical and happy life." In August,Xi Jinping The National Health and Wellness Conference stressed that without the health of the whole people,there would be no comprehensive well-off.Promoting the construction of a healthy China is an important foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way and basically realizing socialist modernization.It is a national strategy for comprehensively improving the health quality of the Chinese nation,achieving people’s health and coordinated economic and social development,and actively participating in global health governance and fulfilling 2030.Major initiatives of the International Agenda for Sustainable Development Agenda;In October of the same year,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline,which for the first time promoted "Healthy China" into a national strategy and proposed "co-construction and sharing,universal health" Strategic theme.The next 15 years will be an important strategic opportunity for the promotion of healthy China.Scientific and technological innovation will provide strong support for improving health.All aspects of the system will be more mature and more stereotyped,which will build a strong guarantee for sustainable development in the health field.Healthy China refers to improving the physical fitness of the whole country and vigorously carrying out the national fitness campaign.Among them,it is mentioned that the development of national traditional sports such as Tai chi and Health Qigong will be vigorously promoted.Tai Chi and Health Qigong are the treasures of the Chinese nation.They have always been loved by middle-aged and elderly people,and they have a large mass base and are increasing.As the essence of the long history of China’s cultural history,the two combine Chinese medicine,meridians,yin and yang theory,etc.,not only as the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional culture from generation to generation,but also bring about our human body function,body structure,mental health,etc.Many benefits.In the practice crowds at the grassroots sites,there are often people who ask for health qigong and tai chi,which is better,which is stronger,and which is more suitable for themselves.Therefore,choosing which practice method can achieve the purpose of exercise more scientifically and effectively is a problem that the majority of fitness groups often encounter when they practice traditional Chinese exercises.Different sports have different exercise methods,exercise time,practice methods,and load intensity load,which determines that different energy projects have different energy supply ratios during the exercise process.Only the sports are in motion.In the process of energy metabolism characteristics and laws,we can develop a more scientific and effective exercise prescription for exercise guidance.At the same time,Health Qigong and Tai chi are the inheritance of Chinese national culture and also an excellent traditional sports project.Through scientific testing,it is also a more scientific promotion of the traditional folk fitness methods of our country.In this study,through the training of middle-aged and elderly people,the Health Qigong · Five-animal Exercises(Volkswagen six-minute version of the routine),Health Qigong · Ba Duan Jin(Volkswagen six-minute version of the routine),the State regulations 24 shi Tai chi and the national regulations 42 shi Tai chi,four sets of fitness routines for specific data and comparison of exercise intensity,energy consumption and substrate metabolism.A comprehensive understanding of the energy consumption of qigong and Tai chi and the metabolism of the substrate,and the doubts of the practitioners are conducive to the better development of Health Qigong and Tai chi in the national fitness activities.At the same time,the practitioners recognize Health Qigong and The difference in strength of Tai Chi,better from the actual situation of your own,choose the exercise program that suits you,achieve the intended purpose,and improve the exercise effect.The main research method is measurement.Measurement index: energy consumption measured by actgraph physical activity meter and Met;gas energy consumption,sugar,lipid,respiratory quotient,oxygen uptake,respiratory rate,ventilation,measured by cosmed gas metabolism analyzer,Heart rate and other data;using the sensory scale FS,subjective force sensation scale RPE,sports enjoyment scale PAES measurement corresponding data.The results of the study showed that the :(1)actgraph physical activity meter measured the amount of activity of the eight-segment waist is greater than the other three items,and the amount of 24 shi Tai chi waist activity was smaller than the other three items.(2)Through the data measured by the cosmed gas metabolism analyzer and the stand-alone version of the poll table,the RPE subjective force perception scale data,the intensity of the four sets of typical Tai Chi,fitness Qigong routine is 42-type Tai chi is the strongest,Ba Duanjin The intensity is the smallest,and the intensity comparison order is: 42 shi Tai chi>24shi Tai chi>Five-animal exercises>Ba Duanjin.(3)Enjoy the favorite situation by using the Five-animal exercises,Ba Duan Jin,24 shi Tai chi and 42 shi Tai chi exercise measured by the sports enjoyment watch PAES.The sports enjoyment of the 24 style Tai chi group is significantly higher than that of the Ba Duanjin group.The sports enjoyment of the 42 shi Tai chi group was significantly higher than that of the Wuhuo opera group;the sports enjoyment of the 42 shi Tai chi group was significantly higher than that of the Ba Duanjin group,and there was no statistical difference between the other groups.
