Comparative Study On Talent Training Programs Of Leisure Sports Undergraduate Majors In Colleges And Universities In Southwest China

With the continuous development of China’s social economy,leisure sports are facing new opportunities and challenges,especially the demand for leisure sports professionals is also on the rise.At present,the number of colleges and universities offering leisure sports undergraduate majors in China is increasing year by year.Colleges and universities are trying to explore and cultivate leisure sports professionals who meet the needs of society.As for the talent training of leisure sports specialty,scholars at home and abroad have made systematic research on the curriculum structure,objectives,talent training and practical teaching,but there are still deficiencies in the training combined with local and regional characteristics.Therefore,in order to better solve the problem of cultivating leisure sports undergraduate talents,it is of great practical significance to explore the cultivation of leisure sports talents in combination with the regional and cultural characteristics of Southwest China.Under the guidance of talent training theory,Bloom’s classification theory of educational objectives and other relevant theoretical basis,with reference to the provisions on the introduction and management of undergraduate majors of physical education in Colleges and universities and the national standard for the teaching quality of undergraduate majors of physical education,and in combination with the opinions on accelerating the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improving the ability of talent training issued by the Ministry of education,Taking the talent training programs of leisure sports undergraduate majors in eight colleges and universities in Southwest China as the research object,this paper compares and analyzes the important components of the talent training program,such as talent training objectives,talent training requirements,curriculum and practical teaching,by using the research methods of literature,comparative analysis,system analysis,interview and investigation.Conclusion: from the number of colleges and universities offering leisure sports undergraduate specialty in Southwest China,it can be seen that the basis of economic development will determine the level of educational development and regional adaptation to the construction and development of leisure sports specialty;The training program of leisure sports undergraduate majors in Colleges and universities in Southwest China meets the requirements of the national professional training program on the whole,but it is not clear in the training objectives,requirements and curriculum;The teaching system of professional courses is imperfect,the strength of teachers is weak,the teaching space and equipment are insufficient,and the imbalance between curriculum and social needs;The training characteristics of leisure sports professionals are not prominent,the talent training goal is single,and does not adapt to the needs of local social and economic development.For example,western Yunnan University of applied technology pays attention to the cultivation of outdoor sports,Guizhou Medical University cultivates common injury prevention talents for outdoor leisure sports based on medical majors,and Mianyang City College takes water rescue of sports club as the cultivation feature of undergraduate professionals of leisure sports.Countermeasures: grasp the professional law and formulate the talent training plan.We should earnestly consider the development trend of national education,the actual situation of the school itself,and the standing position of the school for the training characteristics of leisure sports professionals,so as to ensure the effective and reasonable connection of all links;Pay attention to demand orientation,and pay attention to the cultivation of professional talents to adapt to the needs of local economy.With reference to the career trends of students after employment,constantly optimize the curriculum and curriculum structure;Based on local reality,pay attention to professional characteristics.We should not only comply with the development trend of the times and the needs of discipline development,but also consider the training characteristics of leisure sports undergraduate talents;Pay attention to the development of local resources and improve the construction of professional teachers.Colleges and universities should actively develop teaching resources and introduce excellent leisure sports teachers.
