Children and adolescents are in an important period of rapid growth and development,but through statistical analysis of the monitoring data of physical health of children and adolescents,it is found that the physical quality of children and adolescents is declining.Therefore,it can effectively promote the healthy and all-round development of physical fitness of children and adolescents to learn sports skills and increase physical fitness exercises at the same time.This paper investigates whether increasing physical training in swimming teaching can have an effective impact on the learning effect of 9-11 year-old swimming beginners.This study carries out data-related statistical analysis on the "experimental study on the learning effect of physical training on beginners aged 9-11 years old swimming" by means of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The evaluation indexes are height,weight,sitting forward,pedaling,breaststroke,freestyle,standing long jump and starting.For swimming beginners(swimming beginners refer to children who have experienced the elementary training class and can swim 25 meters alone)12 weeks of training,before and after training,the indicators were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Body shape test results of 9-11 year-old swimming beginnersBefore and after the experiment,the height,weight,sitting forward bend and standing long jump of boys and girls were measured and analyzed respectively in the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there was no difference in height and weight between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P > 0.05);after the experiment,there was no significant difference in height between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),but there was difference in weight between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no difference between the boys.The weight of boys and girls in the experimental group was significantly different before and after theexperiment(P < 0.01),while that of boys in the control group was significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).(2)The results of land specific quality test for 9-11-year-old beginners of swimmingAfter the experiment group and the control group,the results of the experiment group and the control group were compared and analyzed.It was found that the results of the experiment group were different(P < 0.01).The results of the experiment group and the control group were compared and analyzed before and after the experiment.It was found that the results of the experiment group were significant before and after the experiment.There was no significant difference in standing long jump performance between boys and girls before and after the experiment in the control group(P > 0.05).After the experiment group and the control group,the male and female students were treated.By comparing and analyzing the results of sitting forward bending,it was found that there were differences in the results of sitting forward bending between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),while there were differences in the results of sitting forward bending between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The results of the experiment group and the control group before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.It was found that there were differences in the results of the experiment group,the control group and the experimental group(P < 0.05).(3)Test results of water specific ability of 9-11 year-old swimming beginnersAfter the experiment group and the control group,the analysis of the time taken by boys and girls to complete the 5-meter pedal sliding showed that the time taken by boys and girls in the experiment group to complete the 5-meter pedal sliding was significantly different(P < 0.01).(4)Test results of basic skills and qualities in water for 9-11 year-old beginners of swimmingAfter the experiment group and the control group,the time spent on the 25 m breaststroke and freestyle swimming of boys and girls were compared and analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the time spent on the 25 m breaststroke and freestyle swimming between boys and girls in the experimental group(P < 0.01).After the experiment group and the control group,the statistical analysis of the complete movement coordination of male and female breaststroke and freestyle after25 meters swimming showed that there were differences between male and female breaststroke and freestyle in the experimental group(P < 0.05).After the experiment in the experimental group and the control group,the complete movement coordination techniques of breaststroke and freestyle for beginners were observed and recorded by coaches.It was found that the male and female students in the experimental group had better movement coordination than the control group.After the experiment,the time of mixed swimming of the experimental group and the control group was compared and analyzed.It was found that there was a significant difference between the male and female swimmers in the experimental group(P < 0.01).After the experiment,the heart rate recovery of the experimental group and the control group before and after exercise was compared,and the survival of the male and female in the experimental group was different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: After 12 weeks of teaching and physical training for beginners aged9-11,there is no significant change in the height of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group,but there is a change in the weight of the experimental group and the control group.The sports skills of male and female students in the experimental group increased significantly.At the same time,the speed quality,explosive power quality and endurance quality have been improved.It is appropriate to control the exercise load of the beginners through 12 weeks' physical and technical training.
