Objectives:The ankle is one of the main joints in our body and one of the most easily injured.Is in daily life,after the occurrence of ankle joint sprain,not good treatment,the risk of re-injury will increase,in the long run,will leave a legacy of ankle instability,and functional ankle instability is in the symptoms of ankle instability,accounting for the largest proportion.In this study,the isokinetic muscle strength testing system was used to synchronize with the surface electromyography testing system to explore and further reveal the mechanical characteristics of the ankle joint in patients with functional ankle instability.Methods:After a large number of literature reading and finishing,and combined with the experiment and research,to screening of the subjects,and screen out of eight men unilateral functional ankle instability is ankle(both for the left ankle injury)as experimental group,and eight of the ankle injury as control group,using the isokinetic muscle strength tester for synchronous test experiment,and the methods of electric meter probe analysis of unilateral functional ankle instability under different circumstances,both inside and outside double movement characteristics and analyzed,in order to further improve the ankle injury prevention and rehabilitation training after injury to provide scientific theoretical basis.Conclusions:Regardless of centripetal or centrifugal contraction,the lateral turning muscle strength of the injured ankle in patients with unilateral FAI was seriously absent,which would affect the muscle strength loss of the healthy side of the ankle.And will aggravate the malleolus side side malleolus in,the eversion muscle imbalance phenomenon,causes the eversion in the movement control ability to decline.When the muscle contracts,the recruitment ability of the movement unit will also be affected.The recruitment ability of the affected side with internal and eversion functions will be reduced,and the recruitment ability of the homonymous muscle on the healthy side will be affected.However,no other muscles have been found to be affected.Therefore,it is suggested that in the rehabilitation treatment and evaluation of the injured side ankle,the rehabilitation situation should be evaluated with the ankle joint indexes of healthy people,rather than just the reference of the healthy side.
