Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of society and the changes in people’s living standards have changed the demand for education.Therefore,the understanding and understanding of education have also changed continuously.Colleges and universities are the place to train higher talents and the main battlefield of training talents.Therefore,in meeting the training needs of students,it is necessary to closely combine the needs of the development of the times.Under the guidance of the concept of healthy China and the social pursuit of health,many people take martial arts as an important way of mass fitness.Yu Chuancheng’s excellent traditional culture plays an important role.On the basis of collecting relevant information,through the investigation and study of the present situation of the Wushu routine course system of five sports colleges and universities and the traditional sports specialty of national sports,combined with the needs of the times and the feedback of teachers and students,under the guidance of the modern educational concept,we should adhere to the facts and all the principles that start from the reality.According to the target of professional training,it is optimized on the basis of the original curriculum system of Wushu routine course,improving the teaching quality of special courses and cultivating Wushu talents in accordance with the needs of the times,and providing some theoretical basis for the formulation and optimization of the special course system of Wushu routine course.By means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and case study,according to the demand of modern society for Wushu talents,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the present situation of the special course system of Wushu routines in five sports colleges and universities,and adheres to the principles and policies of the Ministry of education for Wushu courses.Basedon these principles,we optimize the curriculum objectives,curriculum contents,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation of Wushu specific courses,and draw the following conclusions.1 by comparing and analyzing the training objectives of the traditional sports science in the five colleges and universities,and the requirements of the modern Wushu development to the ability of Wushu talents,the objective of the special course of Wushu routines is optimized by insisting on the value orientation of the society,knowledge and individual.The new curriculum aims to be standardized,clear and comprehensive,to meet the comprehensive needs of the current society for thequality and ability of Wushu talents,and to pay more attention to the subjective initiative of the students.2 according to the needs of the current society and the primary and secondary schools for the needs of Wushu and the guidance of relevant policies,the content of the curriculum should be appropriately increased and reduced,the number of hours of the course is adjusted,the breadth of the teaching content and the depth of the teaching content are improved,and the basic education is butted with the needs of the students’ learning and the needs of the employment.The cultivation of students’ ability.3 make rational use of the students’ spare time;integrate some theoretical contents into the practice course to solve the problem of the relative insufficiency of the theory class,adjust the proportion of the theoretical class and the skill class properly,and optimize the teaching materials of the Wushu routine according to the course target and the course content.It emphasizes the main position of the students in the teaching of Wushu routines,and promotes the implementation of the special courses in Wushu routines through the teaching of Wushu Morality and the teaching of the whole Wushu routine.4 taking the training goal as the premise,combining the course content,enriching the content and the way of curriculum evaluation,focusing on the effect and quality of teaching,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the course assessment,and achieving the purpose of promoting students’ independent learning and independent training.
