The concept of mathematics core literacy has set off a wave of mathematics education at home and abroad,and has become the focus of the new era of school curriculum reform,which is the basic condition for students to adapt to the future development.Accurate evaluation of the current status of students'core mathematical literacy is an important measure to ensure that the core mathematical literacy is truly implemented in school curriculum reform,which is related to the success or failure of deepening education reform in various countries.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate learners'core mathematical literacy is a problem that all mathematics educators in China urgently need to solve and pay close attention to[1].At present some problems still exist as education power based on China,for example,as the population coverage is wide not harmonious education resources,high school entrance pressure heavier lead to mathematics education is the main knowledge study on evaluation of no real implementation of students'core accomplishment evaluation work,also can't do core can effectively enhance the students'mathematics accomplishment.Based on the author's reading of a large number of relevant literatures,this study draws on the internationally renowned design concept and framework of PISA quality assessment questions,combines the curriculum standard 2017 edition with the current educational situation in China,and compiles a set of mathematics core quality assessment tools with probability and statistics as the theme.The first work of this study is to list the inspection details of probability and statistics and its core literacy connotation structure,and develop testing tools.Secondly,the prediction of test tools should be reviewed according to the feedback of students and experienced teachers,so as to revise and improve the test tools and compile the formal test tools.At last,the difficulty,differentiation,reliability and validity of the formal test tools were analyzed,and the current development status of the core literacy of senior high school students in China was analyzed and summarized under the condition of good reliability and validity.The innovation of this paper lies in:?1?This paper draws lessons from the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of mathematical literacy in PISA test and the two-bit coding evaluation method,making the evaluation results more scientific and rigorous[2].?2?Based on the assessment framework of PISA mathematical literacy,and in combination with China's 2017 edition of"curriculum standards",the six levels of core mathematical literacy are reclassified into operable indicators.?3?International PISA mathematics test questions do not attach importance to students'mastery of school curriculum knowledge.In combination with China's national conditions,the author tried to compile a set of mathematics literacy test questions in line with China's national conditions by imitating the PISA test questions.
