To answer the question of "how to evaluate mathematics core literacy in primary education at present ",we need to make clear two premises : first,what is the connotation and evaluation standard of mathematics literacy in primary schools,second,what is the current situation of mathematics core literacy evaluation in primary schools.Based on this,the research mainly adopts the literature method and the content analysis method,on the basis of the domestic and foreign literature research on mathematics literacy,defines the connotation and constituent elements of primary school mathematics literacy,and constructs the primary school mathematics literacy test framework and evaluation standard from the three dimensions of "mathematics content,problem situation,mathematics ability ",and constructs the primary school mathematics literacy evaluation system.In order to understand the current situation of mathematics literacy assessment in primary schools,Taking the final test questions of the first edition of the fifth grade as the research object,using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis,10 final test papers of mathematics in northwest,southwest and southeast regions,a total of 353 test questions were analyzed.In the fifth grade test questions,the number and algebra field has the highest frequency,the graphics and geometry are the second,the statistics and probability field is the least;in the situation dimension,the subject situation class problem is the most designed,the personal situation class problem is the second,the other situation class problem is the least;in the ability dimension,overall: the ability to detect the most,reasoning ability and representation ability,data analysis,use of tools and problem strategy design ability of the least.Specifically,the ability to detect deductive reasoning is a little more than reasonable reasoning,actuarial ability is more than estimation ability,formula class representation ability is more than symbol class representation and chart class representation ability The probability analysis ability is more than the data statistics ability,basically does not detect the use tool and thequestion strategy design ability class topic.According to the evaluation standard of mathematics literacy in primary school,the fifth grade final test questions are the most in the multi-point structure level,the low correlation structure and the middle correlation structure level are the second,and the high correlation structure level is the least.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions on the preparation of routine test questions in the upper grade of elementary mathematics:First,in content design,the proportion of knowledge in content field should be arranged scientifically according to the age stage of students and teaching materials,so as to enhance the comprehensiveness of problem design,and pay attention to the inquiry process and application of knowledge.Second,in the design of problem situations,we should strengthen the scientific nature and authenticity of the situation,intuitively feel the practical value of knowledge in life,and pay attention to the diversity of situations,and enhance the depth and breadth of knowledge understanding.Third,combined with students' age stage,existing knowledge experience and literacy level to test comprehensive ability.In designing mathematical problems,we should pay more attention to the ability of reasoning,representation,data analysis,use of tools and problem strategy design,and pay more attention to the development of neutron ability,such as the ability of reasoning,estimation,symbol,chart,tool and problem raising.we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of the examination content,the diversity of the situation and the diversity of the ability when compiling the mathematics routine test questions in the senior grade of primary school.Fourth,we should pay attention to the testing of students' cognitive ability,but also pay attention to the testing of students' non-cognitive ability,and enhance the experience of students' emotional attitude in the process of learning.
