This paper intends to study the different characteristics of population distribution among different provinces and cities in the region, and combine the economic development of each province and city to judge whether the economic development level of each place is related to its population distribution characteristics. For accuracy, the sixth annual census is adopted.Select the data indicators such as population ratio and population density of the three industries, and obtain the 2010 GDP data from the 2011 editions of various provinces and cities as economic indicators, and try to construct a model to judge the relationship between economic indicators and demographic characteristics. The research object of this paper is the distribution of population between different provinces and cities in East China.Different industrial layouts must bring different population distribution. The seven provinces(cities)in East China are similar in location, but they have different performances in economic development. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the characteristics of population distribution. The main research contents of this paper are:First, considering the spatial attributes of the data, the population data of the East China region, the provinces, the urban population, and the GDP data space autocorrelation are considered, and the spatial autocorrelation test is carried out to examine the spatial distribution of population data and GDP data. The characteristics of the exploratory analysis of regional GDP and population distribution are related.Second, the regression analysis of the selected population data and GDP data, the fitting effect of the classical linear regression model, the spatial lag model and the error lag model, select the best model, quantitatively examine the impact of population distribution on GDP,and combine The.model makes reasonable recommendations for economic development.
