The third-level long-distance sports program is characterized by the outbreak of the lower limbs, and the coordination of the various parts of the whole body, mainly relying on the special movement mode of the unilateral leg.The special sports mode of the triple jump will lead to the imbalance of the development of the left and right leg strength of the athletes. The unbalanced development of the left and right leg strength of the lower limbs will increase the risk of injury and have a certain impact on the athletes' athletic performance. This study explores the impact of the left and right lower extremity strengths on the performance of the three-level long jump athletes through experiments. The purpose is to provide scientific special physical training recommendations for the three-level long jump team. This paper mainly uses the literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method to conduct intervention research and comparative analysis on the special physical fitness training to promote the development of lower limb strength balance of triple jump athletes. The experimental subjects of this study were 4 male members of the three-level long jump training team of the Athletics Center of Hebei Province.A total of 8 weeks of special lower limb strength training were conducted.Four lower limb strength tests and three special ability tests were conducted before and after the experiment.Comparing and analyzing the experimental test data, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The four athletes of the three-level long jump training team of the Hebei Provincial Track and Field Center clearly have unbalanced forces on the left and right legs of the lower limbs.(2)Unilateral training of the lower limbs can improve the imbalance of the left and right leg strength of the lower limbs of the athletes, and can significantly reduce the strength difference between the left and right legs of the lower limbs.During the special physical training, the athletes do not have the injury of the lower limbs.(3)In the physical training of the weak side of the lower limbs, the strength of the weak side of the lower limbs is higher than that of the lower limbs, which can improve the athletes' athletic performance.(4)For the design of physical training on the weak side of lower limb strength,it fully fits the special sports characteristics, and adopts the training mode of unilateral leg exercises. In the training,it pays special attention to the quality of the athletes completing the training movements, aiming to help the athletes form a smooth Force sequence and correct action mode, unilateral leg training can increase the athlete's proprioception, improve muscle control ability and coordinate power, improve energy transfer efficiency and reduce unnecessary energy loss.
