| Lower extremity strength asymmetry refers to the difference of the two lower extremity when completing a fixed movement.In recent years,the influence of lower extremity strength asymmetry on a specific task has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars.Triple jump project as a unilateral limb support force,its movement pattern is consistent with the resistance training of the unilateral limb,so this paper will combine the resistance training of the unilateral limb with the triple jump training,and strive to reduce the asymmetry of the strength of the lower limb through the resistance training of the unilateral limb.From the practice of sports training,with different lower limb strength test data and lower limb asymmetry index as the research Angle,fully explore unilateral limb resistance training on the influence of the triple jump athletes lower limb power asymmetry and implement value,aimed at rich triple jump athletes training content,improve the triple jump athletes lower limb power asymmetry,provide scientific reference for the practice of.This paper discusses the lower limb strength asymmetry of triple jump athletes by using the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistical analysis.Twelve triple jump athletes from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected,6 in the experimental group were given unilateral body resistance training,and 6 in the control group were given bilateral body resistance training.All the athletes reached the national level 2 or above.The training intervention lasted for 10 weeks with the two groups at the same pace.Before and after the intervention,lower limb strength tests were performed on the subjects.The lower limb asymmetry index was calculated by the inherent formula,and relevant data were collected for statistical analysis.Results:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention.From the analysis on unilateral limb support index,the experimental group in front of the left leg before the jump distance,jumped asymmetry index,lateral asymmetry index,the asymmetry of the left leg vertical jump height,the vertical jump very significant differences on the index,jump jump distance in front of the right leg,left leg side distance,jump distance by the side of his right leg,right leg vertical jump height has significant difference;There was no significant difference in the control group.From the analysis of the special quality and the special achievement index,the experimental group has significant difference in standing triple jump and standing five-step jump,and has significant difference in standing long jump and special achievement.The control group has significant difference in standing long jump,standing triple jump and standing five step jump.The experimental data showed that the non-dominant leg of the experimental group with unilateral resistance training improved more obviously,the lower limb strength asymmetry index decreased significantly,and the athlete’s lower limb strength asymmetry phenomenon was improved.Unilateral and bilateral training modes have different emphases.Under the unstable state,resistance training of unilateral limbs mainly focuses on improving the strength of unilateral limbs and mobilizing the muscle group of core parts.Bilateral resistance training focuses more on the overall development of athletes and tends to strengthen large muscle groups. |
