Study On The Teaching Behaviours In Educational Tours

In recent years,with the advancement of education reform and the promotion of national policies,educational travel has gradually become popular in the society and has been sought after by educators.Primary and secondary schools have organized various educational travel activities,and academic circles have also devoted themselves to the study of travel-related issues.Educational travel has become a hot topic in the education field.Educational travel is a kind of off-campus education practice that combines research study and travel and sightseeing.It is characterized by education,experience and openness.The fundamental purpose of the study tour is to enable students to learn how to use their hands to develop their innovative spirit and practical ability in order to improve their social responsibility and to implement the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren.At present,the time for educational travel to be proposed and officially launched at the national level is not long.It is still a new thing in China.All provinces and cities and regions are actively exploring more effective ways to ensure the smooth development of educational travel activities.The implementation effect of the study tour is influenced by many factors,the most important of which is the teacher’s guiding and the student’s learning level.In the study tour,learning is the purpose,the means is the means,how to achieve the goal by means,and the effective combination of research and travel,the teaching of teachers and the study of students are of vital importance.Therefore,this study is used as an entry point to study the teaching behavior in the study tour.The main methods used in this study are literature research,questionnaire and interview.Firstly,through consulting and studying a large number of literatures on study travel to understand the current achievements and shortcomings of educational travel research,as the basis of this study;then,through the questionnaire survey and interview from the preparation behavior before the study,the interactive behavior in the study and the post-investigation evaluation and reflection behaviors investigate the current situation of teaching behavior in the current research travel activities.On this basis,analyze the problems of the teaching behavior in the current research travel;Finally,from the pre-study,research and the post-study three dimensions propose the improvement strategy of teaching behavior in the study travel,in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of study travel activities,so as to promote the growth of students.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the origin of research,the significance of research,the literature review at home and abroad,the ideas and methods of research,and the five parts of research innovation.The second part is an overview of the teaching behavior in the study tour.Mainly through the analysis of relevant literature,combing,clarifying related concepts such as educational travel,teaching behavior,and analyzing its theoretical basis.The third part is the status quo survey and results analysis.Through the use of questionnaires and interviews,in-depth schools,questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers who have participated in study travel activities,to understand the current state of teaching behavior during the implementation of study travel,and further analysis and collation of the survey results.The fourth part is the analysis of the problem of teaching behavior in the study tour.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results,the problems of the teaching behavior in the current research travel are summarized.The fifth part is the improvement strategy of teaching behavior in the study tour.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing relevant issues,the paper puts forward the improvement strategy of teaching behavior in the study tour,in order to provide some suggestions and guidance for the frontline teachers to participate in the research travel activities in the future.
