| This paper takes the opening of sports facilities in 12 schools in Dafeng District of Yancheng City as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and interview,it makes an analysis of the current situation of opening school sports facilities in Dafeng District to the society and the factors restricting the opening.There are 10 schools in Dafeng District which are surveyed and 2 schools which are not open to the outside world.The main open areas are free of charge,such as basketball courts,football fields,track and field fields,individual school indoor venues and facilities to take paid services;more than 50% of schools in winter and summer holidays are open to the public,80% of schools are open on weekends,and less than half of schools are open during non-teaching hours on working days.There are the following problems in the opening up: the problems of funds and safety,the lack of professional managers,inadequate sports facilities,and the poor quality of training personnel.In order to better open school sports facilities to the outside world,the following suggestions are put forward: the government should increase investment in school sports facilities,improve laws and regulations,and improve the safety and security mechanism;school leaders should change old ideas,expand the scope of school sports facilities,extend the opening time of school sports facilities,and improve the "quality" of opening up;the community should do a good job of publicity.The residents with high participation in physical training should abide by relevant policies,shoulder corresponding responsibilities and maintain good relations with the school;integrate resources,guide the exercise crowd scientifically,encourage sports teachers,volunteers with sports professional expertise,some qualified coaches and social organizations to actively participate in the management and guidance work. |
