The teaching mode of "stratification-cooperation" is a hot issue in the field of physical education research."stratified-cooperative" teaching refers to the combination of layered teaching and cooperative teaching.At the same time,the students are classified as the main body of teaching,and the teaching mode of mutual assistance learning is adopted in the cooperative mode,which is the organic combination of stratified teaching and cooperative learning in classroom teaching.Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper starts with the research status of "stratified teaching" and "cooperative teaching" at home and abroad.The theoretical basis and advantages of the "layered and cooperative" teaching model are studied in detail,and the feasibility and advantages of the application of this teaching model in tennis teaching in physical education colleges and departments are proved theoretically.It is proved that this teaching model is more beneficial than the traditional teaching mode in improving students' technical skills of tennis,improving their participation in class and students' satisfaction in the course of tennis teaching,through the application of "stratified-cooperation" teaching mode to tennis teaching practice in physical education department.Promoting communication among students Do,improve interpersonal relationships,increase self-confidence.
