Explore and study the teaching model not only helps to promote the development of teaching theory and plays an extremely important role in improving teaching skills and teaching efficiency. Teaching is based on a theoretical model based on a system to accomplish a specific task of teaching as a teaching method and a combination of design goals. With the continuous economic development, social progress and cultural, and physical education teachers teaching school also raised more and higher requirements. On the basis of a variety of teaching modes based on the teaching objectives, teaching methods to organize, integration and optimization, so that it has a stronger operational significance.As a college tennis sports and health courses, tennis lessons educated by learning to master not only the tennis skills, but also for the health of students and form lifelong sports consciousness and lay a firm foundation. Although the popularity of tennis in our relatively late, but for now, most college tennis elective courses opened in the university campus in tennis has gradually refined sport popular. Formal like more and more people in the face of venues located less, less ball, less teachers, the students how to develop the skills and interest in learning, worthy of our in-depth investigation and research.In this paper, the theoretical basis of the full study of sports training, physical education, and cooperation on technical training and teaching tennis on the books to build a "multi-ball+cooperation" teaching mode, the option to apply it to the teaching of tennis, and with traditional teaching mode control study. An Kang College11Tennis Lessons of two classes of90students, including60boys,30girls named object of study, combining literature, teaching experiment, a variety of experimental methods questionnaire method, statistics and other data. The results show that, compared with the traditional way of teaching tennis,"multi-ball+Cooperation" teaching model is more scientific and more effective, students learn the theory and skills, while tennis, sports a strong interest in learning, the degree of participation, has significantly improved skill levels, solidarity among students, self-organization and leadership, social and other aspects. This teaching model in promoting the popularization and development of tennis in college at the same time, but also makes the students more tennis became a favorite sport, lay a good foundation for the formation of life-long sport.
