Research On The Construction Of National High-level Sports Reserve Talents Base In Jiangsu Province

The construction of sports reserve talent base is an important prerequisite to ensure the training of sports talents.The lack of reserve talent reserves and poor quality will be the key factors restricting the development of competitive sports.Jiangsu Province is not only a major economic province in China,but also a strong sports province that has made important contributions to the development of competitive sports in China.Therefore,this paper focuses on the construction of 26 national sports reserve talent bases in the fourth Olympic cycle of Jiangsu Province(2017-2020)identified by the General Administration of Sports through literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,field visits and mathematical statistics.The study found that:the number of bases is not balanced in geographical distribution,the number gap between northern and southern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu is large,and there are also inadequate sports projects with championship advantages in the project layout;the base funds mainly come from government financial subsidies,and the hematopoietic capacity of each base is insufficient;the construction of facilities and facilities is not strong enough to meet the daily teaching and training.Demand,most bases are built with relatively complete talent files;the structure of coaches is not reasonable,the overall quality needs to be improved;the way of athletes selection and transportation is relatively single,"learning and training"contradiction is still prominent;the strength of base scientific research team construction needs to be improved;and some bases still lack basic management system.According to the above problems encountered in the construction of the base,the paper summarizes the constraints that restrict the construction of the national high-level reserve talent base in Jiangsu Province:the geographical distribution of the base and the layout of the project are not reasonable enough;the way of recruiting students in the base is relatively single,the problem of athletes'cultural learning is still prominent;the sports competition system in Jiangsu Province is not reasonable enough;the construction of coaches is not complete enough and training is not enough.Work needs to be strengthened urgently;the security system is not complete enough,and the management system needs to be further standardized.Finally,theCountermeasures for the development of the national high-level reserve talent base in Jiangsu Province are put forward as follows:balanced development,highlighting key points and rational layout;optimizing the ways of athletes selection,strengthening the strength of athletes'cultural learning;further improving the youth sports competition system in Jiangsu Province;highlighting the importance of the construction and training of coaches in Jiangsu Province;strengthening the measures of organizational management and guarantee.Construction.
