| In order to achieve sustainable development in China’s competitive sports,it is necessary to closely focus on the cultivation of reserve talents.Reserve talents are also an important foundation for China’s competitive volleyball to stand among the world’s top volleyball teams.In order to improve the level of competitive volleyball events in China,we must make the high-level reserve talents bigger and stronger.The most basic is the volleyball "high-level reserve talents base",which is composed of sports schools at all levels and traditional volleyball schools.For a long time,under the continuous attention of the General Administration of Sport of China to competitive volleyball,the quality of reserve talent cultivation and the construction of reserve talent bases have achieved significant results.Among the new batch of "high-level reserve talent bases" for the 2021 Olympic Games in China,79 reserve talent bases for volleyball projects have been established.By using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this thesis analyzes the construction of 79 volleyball "high-level reserve talent bases"(hereinafter referred to as "bases")approved by the General Administration of Sport of China in2021 in a new round of "full sports cycle",and compares them with the development of recent "full sports cycle".Conduct specialized analysis on the aspects of improvement and limiting factors,and propose corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,in order to further improve the construction of the "base" and improve the overall quality and delivery efficiency of reserve talent cultivation.Based on the original approval materials provided by various "base" units,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the basic conditions of "base" construction,training work and management,and the quality of reserve talent cultivation.The results and conclusions obtained are as follows:The development speed of the "base" has significantly accelerated compared to the previous "full operation cycle",and the development scale has expanded.The total number has increased by nearly half,but there is still a problem of uneven distribution.The construction of each "base" unit’s echelon is gradually improving,and the number of athletes has rapidly increased from2171 in 2014 to 6627 in 2022.However,the current 1:12 ratio of coaches to athletes still needs further improvement.2.The basic conditions for the construction of the "base" have also been improved to a certain extent with the development of China’s economy.The total land area has increased by7.659 million square meters,and the total construction area has also increased by 3.706 million square meters.The average land area and construction area have respectively increased by 57000 square meters and 28000 square meters.The equipment is also relatively advanced,the training equipment is complete,and the functions are complete and practical.The training venue and research rehabilitation physical fitness facilities and equipment can well meet the daily training needs of sports teams,but some "base" facilities are not perfect enough and need further construction and improvement.3.The age structure of the reserve talent coach team tends to be younger,with the proportion of coaches under the age of 35 increasing from 39.9% to 43.7%,and the number of coaches also increasing from 79 to 232.The educational structure has been further optimized,with the number of coaches with a graduate degree increasing from 7 to 60,while the number of coaches with a bachelor’s degree increasing from 166 to 437,resulting in a certain degree of improvement in overall scientific research level.However,there are still 13.9% of coaches in units with insufficient participation in job training,slow updates of advanced training theories and skills knowledge,and low enthusiasm for participating in training.4.The routine work and management of training have been better optimized,with a pass rate of 95% in the condition level evaluation,and significant results in the selection of reserve talents.Each "base" coach can develop a comprehensive training plan with a complete and standardized rate of 90%,and the training courses can be executed with high quality.The assessment of youth outline and the construction of a "talent pool" are also more scientific,precise,and systematic.However,some "bases" still have situations where the establishment of "talent pools" is not systematic and comprehensive enough.In terms of learning cultural knowledge of athletes,further attention is currently needed.Nearly 70% of coaches in "base" units can correctly recognize the importance of cultural education,but less than 30% of coaches still attach average importance to cultural education.The integration of sports and education in some regions still exists in form,and specific implementation measures are insufficient.The rationality and applicability of cultural and educational arrangements are currently a problem faced by many volleyball reserve talent training units.6.Each "base" unit has made a qualitative improvement in competition performance compared to recent cycles,and young athletes have grown in their competitive level and experience.In terms of talent transfer,79 "base" units in this "full operation cycle" have transferred 65 people to the national team,55 people to the national youth team,and 61 people to the national youth team,totaling 181 people.The transportation direction has also developed from initial simplification to diversification.It is recommended to increase the number of "bases" while also improving the construction quality and expanding investment in infrastructure.Further strengthen the construction of the coach team,enhance the coaching level and management ability of coaches.Do a good job in selecting athletes,strictly supervise and inspect the training plan and execution,training outline assessment,and training routine management in a timely manner.Further strengthen the emphasis on cultural education and adhere to the educational philosophy of "combining physical education with moral education".Introduce relevant policies and measures,strengthen the reserve talent guarantee system,and improve the quality and efficiency of talent transmission. |
