Research On The Present Situation Of Nanjing Road Race Organization Under The Background Of National Fitness

Running organization is a new sports organization,which promotes the development of national fitness.However,the development of running organization is relatively late,and there are many difficulties and constraints in the organization.In order to better promote the healthy development of Nanjing's road running organization,this study uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation and development of Nanjing's road running organization.The results show that:(1)Nanjing Running Organization was established by Running enthusiasts to serve Running enthusiasts,expand the circle of friends,business activities,public welfare activities and so on.(2)The organizational scale of Nanjing Road Running is mainly about 500 people,and its members are mainly male,mainly aged between 24 and 45 years,with high education and wide occupational distribution.(3)The Nanjing Running Team adopts a certain restrictive open management to its members.The degree of organization is not high.(4)There is a single source of funds for organizing activities of road running in Nanjing.Daily activities lack the guidance of coaches or running instructors.(5)Running organization members are basically satisfied with the effect of administrators'work,rules and regulations and organizational activities.(6)Every running organization attaches great importance to the safety of members'activities.Suggestions:Running organizations should develop into legal person organizations;establish a sound management mechanism;attract professional coaches or running instructors to join.
