Research On The Training Path Of Youth Football Talents In Hubei Province

The training of young football talents plays an important role in the development of football.The improvement of football sports level can not be separated from the development law of football sports and the growth law of athletes,but also can not be separated from the importance of the training of young football talents.In 2015,the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football,issued by the State Council,put the revitalization of football on the agenda as an important task for the development of sports and the construction of a sports power.In recent years,our football has greatly improved in the reform process,but there is still a great gap between the traditional strong teams in the world,even compared with Japan and South Korea,which are also East Asian countries.In view of the current situation,we need to re-clarify our thinking,find out what problems exist in the training of young football talents in our country,and explore the path of football development suitable for our country.This article mainly takes the training path of young football talents in Hubei Province as the main line,and focuses on the parts that can be used for reference in the training of young football talents in Hubei Province and the existing problems in the training of young football talents,and takes this as a basis.To explore the suitable training path for youth football talents in Hubei Province.This article is selected Wuhan,jingzhou,huangshi,yichang and other four areas in Hubei province,with football schools,youth training centers,campus football,football summer camps,professional football clubs echelons and youth amateur football clubs in the training of young football talents as the object of study.In the study,research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method and field investigation method were used.Through the investigation and detailed research on the number of young football talents,the transportation of football talents,the channels for talent promotion,youth training and competition,the results show that:1.Hubei Province,with the support of the Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau,has formed a relatively effective training path for young people with the support of policies and funds,and has achieved certain achievements in the transportation of football population and football talents.However,there are still shortcomings in the existing cultivation paths.The existence of these problems affects the further development of youth football.2.Hubei Province has made bold attempts to combine physical education and sports,combining campus football and competitive sports to maximize their respective advantages,but they have also encountered great difficulties.One of the biggest dilemmas is the concept.It may take time for campus football to be transformed into social football.It will be widely recognized and supported by parents,school leaders and teachers,as well as people from all walks of life.3.Due to the implementation of campus football and other related policies,the "football fever" across the province has been triggered.The development of amateur football clubs has flourished.Compared with the past,more students have joined amateur football clubs.The clubs can also maintain normal operations through the increase in membership fees.However,the internal management of the clubs,the different levels of coaches,and the lack of a complete training system affect the development of the clubs.4.The construction of the Hubei Youth Training Center is relatively complete,especially in Wuhan.The youth training center can fully solve the problem of how to improve the level of competitive football on campus,so that young football talents can receive more professional guidance,improve their technical and tactical capabilities,and will not affect their studies,and they will be recognized and supported by all sectors of society.5.The opening of the summer camp has continuously completed the competition system,further screened the outstanding football talents,and entered the next stage of higher level training and guidance.Each year,Hubei Province selects outstanding talents from various cities through various competitions,selects the best young football talents,and has been recognized by people from all walks of life in the training and transportation of talents.6.Although the existing football schools have undergone great reforms in the training system,traditional concepts still exist.Young football players often experience cultural backwardness.How to let students train without affecting the normal cultural classes is a problem that football schools need to solve.7.Many measures have been taken to increase the number of talents,including expanding the recruitment of young football talents in universities,setting up football colleges to train professional football talents,and improving echelon construction,so that many young people involved in football have more protection.However,with the development of campus football,these rising channels still can not digest young football talents and need more channels for talent digestion.The conclusion of this paper is that the main sources of young football talents in Hubei Province are football schools,amateur sports schools and professional football clubs under the sports system;Although campus football has been widely implemented in cities and cities throughout the province,and has sent certain young football talents,it is not enough;Football summer camps,youth training centers,and amateur football clubs can also provide certain supplements for young reserve talents in Hubei Province.
